Don’t be fooled by its modest exterior, Cheng’s serves some of the best Chinese food in the Orlando area! I’ve been coming here at least twice a month, and every time I try something new, it’s always delicious. One item I always order, whether dining in or taking out, is their hot and sour soup (pictured below). It’s perfectly flavorful, tangy, and just the right hint of sweetness without being overly spicy. I love pairing it with white rice for an extra comforting bite. The other dishes shown, veggie spring rolls, beef mei fun, and General Tso’s chicken are also standouts and among my favorites. If you’re craving authentic, consistently tasty Chinese food, Cheng’s is absolutely worth a visit!

Cheng’s Chinese Food in Lake Mary is absolutely delicious and truly authentic. They’re the only place in town I’ve seen that uses bean sprouts in their fried rice, which immediately stood out to us, just like in NYC. An Asian friend originally recommended them, and we had previously enjoyed a catered dinner from Cheng’s—both experiences were fantastic. We recently placed a takeout order and completely fell in love with their food. Highly recommend!

My first time at this restaurant and I ordered take out, I asked for pork fried rice well done I also ordered the ribs well done and cut up in small pieces with crab rangoons , unfortunately both meats were raw , not fully cooked .And the rice had sprouts in it , I wasn’t aware as I asked what’s all in the pork fried rice she said eggs and pork no vegetables.
I immediately called and the lady said put in the microwave for a few minutes to finish cooking I just worked a long shift and my son was waiting up to eat dinner. What a bummer.

Today, January the 15th I decided to go to Chang’s restaurant been there. Many, many times and it’s always great food. I just love it, but today. They brought my food out barely warm. The shrimps were barely warm, my dumplings. Where fair, I talked to the server and complain about it, but apparently she doesn’t really care. It seems to me because no one made an effort to come and talk and ask if there was anything they could do for us. So I paid the bill and I will not be back. Also, the server had the nerve to ask me if i wanted totake this home with me when I just told her that it was terrible.She doesn’t care or she doesn’t listen either.Way we will not be back we live here.

I’ve only ordered from here a couple times, both via a delivery app so I can’t comment on the location physically. I can say though the egg drop soup is the best I’ve had from any Chinese restaurant. It’s worth it to go here for the soup alone lol. Egg foo young and the gravy are good. Wings were good. Stayed crispy even after delivery. This is definitely my go go now in the area.

This is my favorite go to for take out. The food is fabulous. Always fresh and delicious. Love it. We sometimes go to dine in as well. Wonderful staff and the Chicken on a stick and Pork fried rice are delicious. I also love their Rice noodles Chicken Mei Fun. Must try.

Just ordered a take out order from Cheng’s for the first time. The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and will definitely come back to dine in. We ordered Seafood Pan-fried Noodles and chicken with vegetables. I had her make the chicken spicy it was a little spicy next time, I’d say more spicy, but it was very good and tasted fresh. We honestly didn’t try the pan-fried noodles. We just sampled some of them, and they were tasty, but we ate everything over the rice. The seafood dish was very good. There’s not a lot of meat, but then again, shrimp and lobster are expensive, LOL. I really liked the chicken and vegetables. Ladies that waited on me we’re very nice. The fortune made me laugh!
