They are really good people.I called cause we thought an item was missing. Pretty sure they knew everything was correct. The lady apologized and offered to give me a discount the next time I came in. Service like that is hard to come by.

Let me start by saying I am not from Tampa. This is my second time ordering there lunch special (2) at a time, each time the food was dry, taste old. Wouldn’t recommend if you are a visitor here the customer and is horrible she takes your order with an attitude slams your card or cash like she doesn’t want to touch a black hand today was the last time I go there

The food here is clearly reheated old stale whatever you want to call it. I think she makes rice for the month it taste like it smells in the building old. The wing are good and served hot but not to clean feathered!!!! Makes me wonder of the cleanliness in this place. The host seems nice but young. I had hoped for better since right in the neighborhood but gotta try something else. Not a happy customer!

Chen Gardens the food is great especially the chicken fried rice and the spring rolls as well as the crab ragoon. The atmosphere is peaceful and quite. The service is great and the food is always fresh and ready on time.

Ordered several items and was pretty pleased with everything except the wings. The sauce was great but the chicken tasted like it was a day or two past expiration. Restaurant itself needs some cosmetic repair and lady taking the order could be less dismissive.

I had I Purchased food there a few times it was pretty good. I never had any problems until one day they burned my egg foo young. I called back to notify them they said to just come in they would replace it .when I went back to them the staff literally attacked me saying that the food was not burnt.yelling stuff at me in Chinese that I did not understand. it’s a shame they will lose a loyal customer because of their poor attitude and service.

Just what the doctor ordered. After a long day, my honey and me decided to get take out rather than battling the kitchen. We went with the egg foo young, steamed dumplings and spring rolls. It was not only hot, but it tasted freshly prepared. So glad to have this little gem in the neighborhood. Keep up the great work guys

I am beyond satisfied with my recent visit to Yu Gardens. The service was professional and very fast. I was actually shocked with how fast my order was prepared. I always order the same menu items, no matter which restaurant I choose. The price was very reasonable for what I got and everything was delicious.

I ordered Bourbon chicken meal… She put the chicken in the microwave for 3 min then pass it to the pan mix up for 10 seconds and then put it on my plate thats not good I got the video
