I saw this place when they moved in below my gym but I’m never hungry after I work out. Years have passed and we finally made it in…on $1 BYO burger night of all nights (Thursdays). We each ordered doubles–each patty is $1, toppings are 50¢ each, and sauces are 50¢ each. We spent less than $5 on each burger and they were surprisingly good! The meat was perfectly caramelized on the outside and buttery on the inside. That’s usually an indicator that they’re using good, marbled meat but for $1 per patty, can they? Anyway, the food was delicious and it’s exactly what we needed after a full day of biking. We were too tired to cook so we’re glad they were able to help us with that.
Also, they had both of their servers call out so a cook, the bartender, and host stepped in to help. The service was a little spotty but they got slammed and handled it so well–especially Jaharis, the bartender. Overall, this was a great experience.

Great little joint that hasn’t been discovered yet! We’ve come twice and the food has been Great! They are still finding a sweet spot with staffing so a tiny wait for things but it’s a local joint and she works hard, so it’s worth it. Lots of TVs to catch sports games. Great patio for the beautiful days. My 7 year old LOVES the fries!

We live around an hour away and this place has been on our list of places to try for a while. Today we made the trip!
The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
My fiancé ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and indicated it was mouth watering and cooked to perfection! It was evident how juicy it was from across the table!
I ordered the turkey melt with mac and cheese. Soooo good!!! I took half the sandwich to go and still loved it a few hours later!
The owner is an absolute sweetheart and it is very clear her passion! Plus she is currently decorating for Christmas…my fav!!!
We will be back for sure SOON!!!

This place is a hidden gem! I wouldn’t have known it was there if not for a friend who was with me! The food was great! My friend got the American Breakfast with a GIANT pancake. I got the tenderloin with fries, because.. well. Iowa girl! My SIL got the bacon cheese burger with onion rings. Everything tasted very good. We went with sodas for our beverages, but a full bar was available. The server was on her game, bringing refills and checking on the table at all the right times. The only thing keeping me from that 5th star is that the decor does not look like it’s complete/finished. It does NOT look bad, just incomplete.

I saw someone talking about mimosa towers on instagram and sprinted to google to find a tower near me. Well, wouldn’t you know it, there was one 10 minutes from my house and my best friends and I just so happened to be looking for a new brunch joint! So, we decided on Chelsie’s and let me tell you, this mimosa tower is #worthit. It was split between me and my 2 best friends and we couldn’t finish the whole thing (to be honest, I probably shouldn’t have driven home after 3 glasses).
I also got a taco salad which was amazing. The shell was awesome on its own, too.
To add, the 2 waiters we talked to were 10/10 awesome and personable. I was able to talk to one before I left and she recommended the strawberry marg tower next time I’m in (they have it ON TAP). She let me have a shot size sip of it and wow, that alone has me wanting to come back asap.
This place was rad, close to everything including walking distance to the I Cubs ball park, decent prices, and I will definitely be back!!

Eggs Benidict was amazing with crispy bread and shaved parmesan cheese. Salad bar decent with multiple choices of lettuce, toppings, salads and fruit. Great atmosphere with wonderful holiday decorations.

Fantastic Local Diner – Will Be Back!
Had a great experience at Chelsea’s Courtyard Diner! I ordered the gyro and it hit the spot—flavorful, tender, and satisfying. My guest got the chicken and biscuits with eggs, which was also excellent. We shared some onion rings that were perfectly crispy and not greasy. Service was friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home. Great little spot that nails the comfort food and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Anyone that knows me, knows I’m a sucker for a good eggs Benedict. So, when I saw “Merry Me Benedict”, I jumped. Described basically as eggs Benedict on a crescent, topped with fresh shaves Parmesan, and a side of grilled asparagus. Sounds great right? When the dish got to me, the sauce was more broken than my heart after my first marriage. The “grilled asparagus” was so limp, they served it in the shape of a heart. And it was so salty I could hear the ocean. I took one bite and was thoroughly unimpressed. If she/he is cooking that for their fiance, it’ll probably end in divorce. The server went into the back and let, I’m assuming the manage, know and their offer was they could either make something else off the menu for me, or knock the price down to half price. For one salty, broken sauce bite of food. The omelet was okay. Hope this helps.
