They don’t disappoint! Bagels are so fresh! Iced caramel latte (Carlatte ) was the best I’ve had from a local shop! They are so nice as well! And have awesome artwork all around! Must make the trip!

I do not frequent this coffee shop. It’s been at least 5 years as we are not usually in town. I remember the last visit being pleasant. This time. I was interested in trying something off their valentine specials and asked if anything of them were not overly sweet. I don’t like sweet drinks so to decide on what I wanted to order I tried to ask if I could use flavors from their valentine menu but I kept getting interrupted as the lady at the counter kept telling me it wouldn’t be the same as the menu and the chocolate was just mocha and that I should just order from the regular menu. Which I understood but I wanted to know If the strawberry drizzle was something that was available to have outside of the specialty valentine menu. I tried to ask again but was interrupted again asking if I wanted coffee, I said no , and before I could say I wanted four shots of espresso, so she immediately went into only having hot chocolate available. Finally she allowed me to speak and I said I wanted espresso. So she felt the need to correct me to say that was coffee and that she couldn’t understand what I wanted. When she FINALLY let me order the four espresso shots with the strawberry and chocolate glaze, she still questioned me as it would just be straight espresso with the glazes. As if I don’t know what I like to drink. Even after saying I didn’t want anything super sweet. The whole encounter was unprofessional and rude. There was no one else waiting to order. And only one other couple was sitting at a table eating. Maybe she was having a bad day. Regardless, as someone who works in customer service, I know not to take my frustrations out on my costumers. If my daughter wasn’t hungry I would have left.

I love this little place. Great espresso, lattes and other beverages. Super friendly people and convenient for pick up on my way to work. My friend has an espresso machine at home and gets beans from Chelsea which are local and fresh.

In town for just a brief time visiting with family. Had such a wonderful experience here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The place was very inviting and clean. There was indoor seating and small covered patio area as well. The options we had for speciality coffee to basic drip were all well made. The breakfast sandwhich’s were just delicious. Great combo of friendly service and exceptional coffee/food! Will be back the next time we’re in the area!!

I recently visited Chelsea Coffee Company and had a delightful experience. I ordered an Apple Turnover and an Iced Caramel Macchiato.
The Apple Turnover was delicious! I asked the cashier to warm it up, and it was the perfect temperature – flaky, warm, and oozing with sweet apple filling.
The Iced Caramel Macchiato was also fantastic. The coffee was strong and smooth, and the caramel flavor was perfectly balanced – not too sweet and not too bitter.

Super cute, cozy coffee shop. We had 1 iced and 1 hot caramel macchiato and both were great. My daughter said it was better than Starbucks. We ordered an avocado with egg white bagel sandwich, a raspberry white chocolate scone and biscuits and gravy. The scone was more cake-like, than scone-like but it was still amazing! The bagel sandwich was so fresh and good with lots of greens, onions and fully stuffed (they don’t skimp). The biscuits and gravy were so good. Some places have good gravy but subpar biscuits and I can tell. Not this place. The biscuits were flaky and soft and I could tell they were probably good all by themselves. Will definitely be coming back here.

This was my second time visiting this place, but my first time ordering something other than coffee. I have to say I was very impressed! The sandwich and soup was amazing!!! The coffee was nice and strong. ( And I mean STRONG) <--- I'm not complaining! I highly recommend the bagel and turkey sausage sandwich.

My son comes here almost every other day to get his coffee. And I asked him why he prefers to get his coffee here over any other places. He said it’s because it’s a clean store. He noticed that they actually change out the beans after every use instead of using them two or three times before changing them out. I guess that’s what other places do.
Food is fresh and amazing. Service is excellent.
So this place I would recommend to all coffee lovers. Because if my picky son likes it it has to be good.
