Oh boy, where to start? Ok, friendly workers, especially the waitress, but she stated that everything was home made… not true. She said that the taco shells would be deep fried, not so, they were just regular shells. The taco meat was actually chili that you would put on a hot dog. Same with my boyfriend’s nachos. It basically had tortilla chips, chili, and shredded cheese. No nacho cheese. Really disappointed with the food. The only thing that was really good were the fried mushrooms. Which were basically frozen and fried. Since we have gotten back home, we cannot stay off of the toilet. Please read the bad reviews, they are all true. The positive ones must either be personal friends, are getting paid, or lack the tasteful of quality food. This place was definitely not up to par. We only went there because of the prices on line seemed very reasonable. Don’t be fooled by that. Even if the prices were higher, as they were way higher, the food should have been great. Definitely not quality at all. As someone mentioned previously, it is almost like cafeteria food. But that is disrespecting cafeteria food. When we first walked in, we should have known and turned around, and walked out because there was a lady complaining to the staff about the quality of the food. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this slop. We should have just left after eating the mushrooms, paid for them and left the remainder of our discusting food behind. For $27, you can easily go to a very nice establishment and eat quality food. It’s definitely not here!!!

I’ve seen Chelio’s from the highway for years and didn’t know what type of restaurant it was. It finally came up in my Google maps search for restaurants. It’s literally right off the highway.
Rene was super nice and checked on us the perfect amount. The food was amazing. My steak, shrimp, baked potato was cooked perfectly. I wanted to try so many things on the menu. So many options. I can’t wait to go eat there again.

There were 3 in our party and we were seated right away. 1 of our party ordered the fried chicken, with mashed potatoes and green beans. The taters w/gravy & green beans were given a thumbs up, the was over fried to the point of being hard and dry. 2 of us had the gyros with French fries. They were good. Our server was attentive and pleasant. The facility smelled like a cigarette convention had been held there the day before. The smell and the chicken, mainly smell, is reason for overall 3 star rating. Prices were great, some of the lowest we have seen in a while.

Hi all, The menu is full of variety. I had a pretty good calazone here a year before, but wanted to try fish. I’m real picky on fish, so I didn’t enjoy the sandwich. It was catfish and it’s always too wild for my taste. We did enjoy the jalapeno poppers, very much. Our waitress was really nice. The drinks were good and my spouse’s sandwich was large and pretty good to him. He had plenty to take home. He enjoyed the side salad. I like that they are trying to make the outside garden bed look nice, even though the buildings not real good looking.

IF I could zero stars I would. We’ve been here 10 minutes. No waitress, no drinks, no conversation and no order. Ew disgusting. A table came in after after we did and IMMEDIATELY were waited on. Mind you all, it was my mothers Birthday/Valentines day. We just wanted a nice meal to enjoy our evening. I’m so sad and disturbed by the service today. There was one older gentleman who was very sympathetic with us and tried to make it right but the damage had already been done by the servers who completely ignored us.

Closed on Mondays now. This is a hidden gem! Don’t let the location or parking lot deter you. This diner is retro goodness with AMAZING FOOD. The news channels played on the tv are our biggest complaint which has nothing to do with the food. The inside has amazing neon at night which is so fun.

Went on a recommendation from a coworker. Quite a few homeless hanging around outside. Sat where I could keep an eye on my truck. Waitress was a sweetheart. I got the beef stir-fry, my girlfriend got the chicken fried steak. I’ve never had stir-fry with Spanish rice and garlic bread. Rice was dry and the meat was extremely salt and way over cooked. The chicken fried steak was salty as well. Could not finish my plate.

This place has the best diner food. Reasonable price for the food you get. Fast service and friendly staff. If you are ok with the smell of White Dimonds and Marlboros eat inside, if not, it’s worth getting it to go.

The only reason why you got a three star was because of the lady who took care of. Very attentive. Great conversation. Just a super nice person . Now on the flip side the food was not good…. I ordered an omelet. It looked amazing but just didn’t have any flavor. The biscuits and gravy was very gross. Definitely a case of don’t judge food by its picture lol The biscuit was old flat and reheated. I don’t recommend going here for food at all. But the lady who waited on me was great!!
