Sorry, no photos of the meals, but it comes all very well packaged, portioned and the recipe cards are easy to follow.
Again, with a discount, the value is good, without it isn’t for us. I also wish they wouldn’t have so many that are extra charges…makes it REALLY less value wise in my opinion.
I just have one complaint, and that is the packaging. Looks like it is just thrown in the cold area. Some packages have been broken. Other than that awesome!!
Thanks Chefs Plate

He eats a way larger variety of food, and even if a recipe has an ingredient he may not love, he trusts that the recipe will be good, and that’s true 99% of the time.
I love how Chef’s Plate takes away meal planning and the recipes take 30 minutes or less, for the most part. Plus, it’s always plenty of food, so you are always full after.
You can barely have takeout for 2 people for the same price as one Chef’s Plate meal kit, and you know the recipe is going to be fresher, healthier and tastier.
We get a lot of rice bowls and some of our favorites are usually the tex-mex, middle eastern and Mediterranean inspired recipes.
Second, Chefs Plate is a good plan for people trying to reduce their food waste. I like trying out new recipes, but stores don’t usually have small amounts of the items I want. I like pesto and cheese occasionally, but the part I eat sometimes is too small to be sold in grocery stores. I like how Chefs Plate tries to give the exact amount to reduce food waste. There were some leftovers, but I could use them to make other meals. From a meal kit intended for four different recipes, I could make up to 6 recipes because of the leftovers. It is also an excellent idea for those trying to get a variety of meals but don’t want to spend time grocery shopping. I like the effort they put into packaging and keeping the foods fresh. I love the simple yet detailed recipes.
Finally, I stopped my subscription because the price was too high compared to my regular grocery shopping.
Overall, it was a good experience.
