Horrible business and service. I told the guy I wanted a plain burger. I told him on bacon cheese and the meat nothing else. When I show up there’s patatoe chips and sauce. When I go up nicely I said hey this was a plain burger. The lady asked the guy and he said no he only said lettuce. While going back and forth I just said can you just remake it. The lady like no we need to check the cameras.
I was stunned. Instead of just remaking the burger I was just called a liar. The fact that they were treating me like I just told them give me a full refund I don’t want you to remake it. Afterward we saw them pick up the hamburger from my son’s plate and put it on another plate to give to another customer.
Horrible business and horrible service. I will find a way to report them to the food truck world. I come here all the time with my family and have never had a bad experience.
