Just tried Chef Ty for the first time man I had the fish tacos fire, had a Blue lemonade, and a Oreo cheesecake.. all fire they back there cooking like it’s no Tomorrow. As I waited, I had a beer and watched A basketball game on their many TVs Thank you again. I’ll be back next week.

Chef Ty catered all the meat at our church potluck. I honestly have never had ribs so good! He informed me he does a triple process of cooking them that leaves them so tender I could literally cut them with a plastic knife. They tasted smokey and savory, and the sweet and sour sauce was absolutely ridiculous! Normally I’m not really a big meatball or ribs person but I will eat his barbecue anytime! Thank you so much Chef Ty!
(I would have taken a better picture but I just had to put my cell phone away so I could devour tons and tons of ribs and meatballs! This is just what was left over when I started to get full, lol… But seriously look at that rib meat!)

So I was at a party last night and they where catering and I was excited to try the chili cheese fries and fried sausage. Now the fried sausage was bussin no lie I’m not big on condiments so the onions was perfect for me but the fries was the problem first they where cold I hate cold fries it makes them hard the chili was to strong like it had tomato sauce and pasta it to zesty it was just to much couldn’t even taste the cheese definitely didn’t like them. As for the service the lady’s who took the orders where very nice and helpful u got ur food quick it was overall a nice experience if I’m been honest maybe in a different setting when the fries r hot I can taste the seasoning the owner was talking about tht was on the fries
