My brother took my mother and me out for dinner here, and we had a great time. The food was DELICIOUS. Upon arrival, we were seated, and the dining area is super beautiful, cozy, and romantic. I love the artwork. We started with apps and got calamari and satay of marinated filet mignon. 10/10!!! It was so so good that we were lowkey fighting for the last piece of beef and plantains. For my main, I got the braised beef short rib. SO GOOD ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! The food was so so flavorful, the mashed potatoes were heavenly and addictive. I loved the portion sizes and felt I was definitely getting my money’s worth. My brother got the Italian paella and it looked so good I almost snatched his plate.
For dessert, we shared the caramel cheesecake and tiramisu. Once again super delicious – I can’t even pick a favorite. Our server, Franklin, was amazing and so so kind. He was super busy but still checked on our table and remained attentive. This place exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Now parking….the parking lot is tight – our reservations were on a Saturday at 4pm so it was quiet and easy to get a parking spot. I recommend just parking on the street if you can.

A great casual seafood restaurant. We visited on a Tuesday and ordered the cream crab soup and fried calamari for appetizer, the stuffed shrimp and wolf fish for entree. All delicious with half priced wine, can’t beat that. Then we came back with more friends on Thursday for their Thursday lobster special: $31 for a 1 and 1/2 pound lobster, well worth the visit.

We had a special birthday party here with 50 guests. Chef Tony, Pablo and Gladys were amazing. The food was delicious. We had appetizers…the calamari was perfect and the homemade hummus was amazing! Guests chose from the chicken marsala, grilled salmon, mixed vegetables pasta and twin filet mignon satay. Dishes came with perfectly cooked plantains and a cucumber salad. Everyone was thrilled with what they chose. All dishes came with a Mesclun salad with the most delectable, amazing housemade white balsamic dressing! People commented on how great the mini cannolis were and the Tira misu was divine. It was an amazing experience from the employees, ambiance, food to the cappuccinos ❤️. I wished I lived closer (I visited from another state) as I’d frequent this place! But the next best thing, is to share how wonderful this restaurant is. I know there were other employees that helped and I apologize that I don’t know their names, but everyone was fabulous! We highly recommend that you visit Chef Tony’s. Oh and P.S., they sell their amazing salad dressing! Many of us bought some to enjoy at home . Thank you Chef Tony, Gladys and Pablo for helping to make this birthday celebration grand ❤️

First and foremost, Pablo was an excellent server; very professional and kind. It was a birthday celebration and he brought us two complimentary cannolis with candles. It was very sweet. As for the food, the pizza was too thin and sooo salty. I thought it would be like the Amalfi’s white pizza that I enjoyed many times in the past. Also, the clams and linguine; same, too salty and too garlicky. The sauce was not good. I’m sad since it’s been awhile that I have visited the restaurant; and I realize the Amalfi’s owners are no longer there…but other than the great service from Pablo; we won’t we returning especially since the white pizza is not the same. Overall experience I’d say it was 10/10. Service was pretty straight forward but very friendly. Now the food… my goodness it was very delicious. Cream of crab was creamy with a spicy hint that it makes you want more and more. Now, the fried calamari did not disappoint. So delicious!

The ambiance was good with soft background music playing. Tables spaced with enough to get and walk. Waiter was attentive and polite. Food was good. Meatballs and spaghetti good portion. The sauce tasted house made death of flavor. The sea scallops were good with asparagus and mashed also good size portion. Tavern White pizza was good. Dessert was good. Prices were reasonable.

Edit for 2025: I left the above review after my first visit to Chef Tony’s. We’ve since been for every special occasion, and last weekend, booked Chef Tony’s as the venue for a 70-person party, working with Chef Tony himself to curate a beautiful family style menu, drinks, and desserts, and coordinating day-of details. Every single one of our guests LOVED the experience and said they would be back to enjoy the restaurant. I am so happy to support this restaurant and share it with family and friends. Authentic Italian place, love a couple of their unique small dishes, for example the grilled salad. Their square pizza with crispy but fluffy crust is very good. The sauce on the pizza is also unique. We ordered their pizza from a different location multiple times via their app. The pasta is also good, buttery with many vegetarian/sea food choices. I ordered roasted carrots soup today. It was savory and sweet at the same time. My husband really likes it. I thought it was a tad bit salty for my taste.

Portions were quite small and the flavors didn’t stand out. Unfortunately, it’s not a place I’d return to, as there are stronger options available at this price point.
I appreciate the owner’s response to my review and wish the issue had been handled in the same manner when we raised it at the restaurant. However, that was not our experience. We did make the staff aware of the concern while dining in, and were simply told that this is how the portion sizes are. As a result, we ended up ordering additional food to compensate for the small portions.
