Food was delicious! Catfish sandwich came fully dressed on toasted bread. Buffalo wings were cooked perfectly! Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was cooked fresh, made to order. I called in my order ahead of time and it was ready when I arrived. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! Great downtown location!

We walked in 10 minutes after close, unintentionally – we had the time wrong. We were still welcomed to sit down and enjoy a meal… that 100000/10 customer service continued through the whole experience. The vibes were warm and welcoming.
And the food? The. Food. Was. Amazing. The cheese sticks were good and stringy, with great flavor and great crunch on the outside. The burgers were juicy and delicious. The bacon was thick cut and perfectly cooked. The fries were yummy and had a delicious seasoning on them.

I came here for a quick lunch, as I found this restaurant on Groupon. But unfortunately left with a Disappointing Experience at Chef Shaq Kitchen. The ambiance was neutral, nothing fancy. The menu promised an exotic twist on classic comfort foods. Naturally, I was Intrigued and ordered their exotic fries with shrimp and wings covered in Parmesan cheese. I was expecting a burst of flavor based on the menu description. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The dish arrived underwhelming, with an excessive greasiness that left a heavy feeling in my stomach. The wings were overly saturated in butter, masking any hint of Parmesan cheese flavor. Despite the promising concept, Chef Shaq Kitchen’s execution left much to be desired.

Was a little nervous since the inside wasn’t prepossessing and there were misspellings on the website, but the patio was cute and the food was absolutely delicious. Good portions, and everything was seasoned in a way this Indiana white girl has never experienced before. I got the Nashville hot chicken, and it was crispy but not over breaded and the slaw was great (no too mayo-y). The meat was tender and it packed heat but in a flavorful way. My buddies unironically called it exquisite; photos of them eating tell ya what they thought of the Nashville. The waitstaff was attentive and the seating area was clean. If I’m ever back in Kentucky you’ll be able to find me here.

Morgan was my server and she was amazing. She was very kind and offered suggestions about the food. She also let me park my car in the driveway beside the building so I didn’t have to pay a meter. The food was delicious and was ready in a timely manner. The wings were incredible, I should have ordered more

We found this place on Groupon and it’s a small, newly opened business and had great reviews there and in google specifically about the Nashville Hot sandwich. We decided to try it and we were not disappointed! Everyone was nice and the food was fresh and delicious. If you are in the area give this place a try!

I was a little skeptical at first just from the looks of the restaurant and I like to stick to what I know however I was in for a surprise. The food was Great!! I ordered the chicken sandwich which was juicy the fries are very well seasoned my husband had the burger and said his food was just as amazing. Jasmine was our server she was very sweet and kind and the food came out quick and was fresh. Definitely going back and will tell others. If you are thinking about it just go it’s worth a try.
