The entrance is very difficult to see. There are no signs except a banner on the side of the fenced out parking lot. The only visible sign is clearly for a different business.. I came here twice during business hours, and the door was locked. No one answers phones.. Maybe there’s a different entrance?! Why would you run a business like that.

The grease needs to be changed. The parsley on fried food makes no sense. (In my opinion). I ordered a 10 piece fired wing with corn & fries. I was told they were out of corn so I decided on green beans. Which I never received. The fries were soggy &almost like mashed potatoes. I arrived at 4 received my food at 445. The young man was nice. This isn’t to bash but my review. 22 dollars is mighty expensive to not received what I ordered.(In my opinion). No I would not like anything to compensate for the experience. I travel a lot for my job and i am never in the same place long. To the business owner I still wish you the best.

I’m giving this place a 2 not because the food was horrible it was just ok, seemed rushed but my order took forever, also I got one small tarter sauce for 5 pieces of fish, also the plate was very sloppy. The containers of hot sauce were placed inside with the food which melted the plastic and hot sauce was all over my food along with melted plastic and I don’t like hot sauce on my chicken or fish. I wouldn’t return , it’s unfortunate because this is the ONLY soul food place in Stockton and it was very expensive, to much for the portion and what is offered

My daughters brought me here for my birthday today and let me tell you the food was wonderful. We had fish greens mac and cheese yams and a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich. We really enjoy everything and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
