Great experience for a special night. We sat on the patio because the weather was perfect and were the only couple outside. The staff was welcoming. Our waitress Kimberly was attentive and happy to chat with us and tell us about her favorite selections.
We had the Meatballs and Mozzarella for an appetizer, grilled salmon with parmesan risotto and courgettes, and the beef tip pasta with asparagus. Everything was on point. We’ll be back soon to try some of their other dishes.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we’re so glad we chose this spot. After seeing some mixed reviews online we weren’t sure what to expect, but Chef Lino’s Prime exceeded everything.
The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable—perfect for a special occasion. Our meals were beautifully plated, full of flavor, and the portions were just right.
Service was outstanding. Our server offered excellent recommendations and checked on us regularly without ever being intrusive.

Chef Lino’s Prime is a fantastic new addition to the local dining scene. The restaurant has a clean, modern, and upscale atmosphere with plush navy blue velvet chairs, gold accents, and a sleek, stylish bar that creates a welcoming yet refined vibe.
We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. The shrimp and steak tacos were packed with flavor, and the seasoned fries on the side were just as delicious. The pita pizza was perfect for my 3 year old, who enjoyed every bite. We ended with the strawberry crunch cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious, a must try!
Service was excellent, and the overall vibe made our visit really enjoyable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and it was amazing!! Ashley, our server, was a pleasure! She was attentive and offered suggestions that were on point. Genuinely had an a amazing time for my birthday and my girlfriends as well (two separate visits our birthdays are 18 days apart) service was outstanding, Food (specifically steaks), and drinks completely exceeded expectations! Highly recommend to all! Not to mention the bartender Lino left an amazing impression, we will definitely be returning! We came here last night for dinner and we were so impressed. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the garlic butter steak and it was perfect. I highly recommend trying the chicken as well… super tender. Our server Rony was so helpful and sweet. The drinks were really good as well. Jay was our bartender and he was so fun and attentive. They were playing 80s music so it was lively and a great atmosphere. We will for sure be coming back here. Definitely pricey but well worth it. The only thing I wish we had gotten was some complimentary bread as we waited for our food. Food actually came out pretty quick too! Overall awesome experience.

Looking forward to a special dning experience. Fans of Chef Lino’s efforts at Cafe Med and Poor House during COVID. My wife and I were looking forward to a special dinner since we live on the far east side and don’t travel to the west often for dinner. We arrived early to allow the staff to dote on us before the expected Friday rush.
Our wait staff were attentive and patient. The place looks like Wiki’s and that’s fine.
The menu looks broad, but not excessive, so we’re expecting a refined experience. My Prime Old Fashioned was excellent.
Our dinners had a disappointing twist. No bread offered.l The Seafood Kebob was excessively loaded with the salty sprinkle. The shrimp and scallops were perfectly sautéed so the extra salt was unnecessary. The rare Gorgonzola Filet was an awesome piece of meat and perfect. I wish there was less salty mushroom sauce on it. Maybe we’re salt averse but we felt the chef is likely awesome but the prep cooks might be aggressive with the salt and spices.
The sides were as expected.
This could be a high end restaurant in Bakersfield. I will be eating downtown until I hear about the improvements I know are attainable.
Wishing Chef Lino success. We need fine dining.

I highly recommend the chicken skewers with heirloom carrots — perfectly seasoned, tender, and absolutely delicious. And whatever you do, don’t skip dessert. I went with the strawberry crunch cheesecake, and it was pure heaven. Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to end the meal. Chef Lino’s is a must-try!
