I think Chef Jet has either been unfairly/harshly reviewed in the past or they’ve improved things. This was my first time giving them a try and would certainly go back! My initial look at the simple offerings made me hesitant to order, but I was offered a sample. Sam (I believe the manager) said he was training new employees and that the fried rice was off. They were able to get a fresh batch, but it still wasn’t great IMO. The noodles were only ok as well, but the white rice was good. Both the chicken and the beef had good flavor and texture. The mongolian beef was so so spicy though that it made me profusely sweat while eating it! Both my husband and I prefer the Teriyaki chicken. The green beans were excellent! Sam provided exceptional service even though he was swamped with work to do. Good sized portions for the price point.

I had a choice of different foods but was in the mood for Asian and everything looked so fresh, clean and hot. I ordered a 3 side plate abd it was delicious! I had sauces on the side and green beans too. My friends all tried and abandoned their Smash burgers. The cashier/ server was very funny and kind too.

Lots of food for the price, too bad I had to throw 90% of it away. The green beans were good, but the teriyaki chicken and Mongolian Beef were both inedible. The chicken was full of cartilage bits and the Mongolian Beef tasted so bad I spit it out. Don’t waste your money here.

Mongolian beef and chicken were terrible and couldn’t eat at all. Green beans were cold. Noodles very dry and no flavor. Casino needs to address this or replace restaurant. Waste of $39!

Over cooked rice and noodles Raw vegetables in noodles it looks like it was just put in and let the steam cook it down I think that how you gotten over cooked rice and noodles , came with side vegetables that’s it’s cooked down no crunch to it the amount of food per serving hides the fact it’s over cooked. You can’t seem to argue because the amount given it’s spicy , oily staff is warm Kind friendly I think the positive note was the amount of food for someone who don’t much care about the the quality of food . Food is just food I think it’s ok to sell it for less that price to have to in a casino to serve us over cooked food tastes ok not the grates

This place has terrible food! Orange chicken was soggy and mushy, the Mongolian beef was cold and the noodles tasted aweful!! I will never eat here again! And on top of it all when I told the guy the food was cold he put his hand in the main dish to see if it was cold and then left the food out to sell! Soo disappointed chef jet!

I’m so disappointed. I love watching Chef Jet on TV so I was really excited to try the food here but it was just one big disappointment after another. The brown rice was dry, the vegetables that were supposed to be only mildly spicy had 3 full sized red chillies in my small dinner alone! There were huge pieces of onion that would have been two or three bites a piece and one chunk that was about a quarter of an onion all on its own. The asparagus was just the bottoms and was completely inedible. I tried to chew it but it was just the fibrous parts that should have been chopped off the bottoms. All I really ended up enjoying was the slivered carrots and shrimp. That’s definitely not worth the price I paid!

Jackie and Leslie were terrible at Customer Service. No aknowledgement at the counter. Just all around terrible service. Then an apology at the register when I added drinks because tomorrow is going to be busy! What does that have to do with my visit today.

Panda express and McDonald’s have better quality food. Sorry excuse for tofu. Yakisoba Lacks flavor and texture is…. cheap. Service was nice.
