It conveniently located across gate C14 that is off the ramp from the connecting train station. The breakfast menu was quite simple. There was a full bar from its opening at 6am. The water was quickly served. The burrito came with potatoes and salsa. The burger contained medium beef patty and bacon with layers of egg, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. The fresh fruits were in good sizes.

The food was okay, I didn’t like our waiter’s behavior, everything was fine with the waiter. When we wanted to leave and asked for the bill, she counted the entire meal and the service. We left her a tip, after which she started saying it wasn’t enough and started begging. We had already said that we left a tip and she saw it. In the end, she wouldn’t let us out of the cafe, but we pushed through because of her and almost missed our flight.

The chicken shawarma was delicious, with a good ratio of salad to rice and chicken. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere quiet and comfortable.

To be honest, in the past when eating here when I came to Dulles, I was very unimpressed with the quality of the food. Most recently I went and ordered the Chinese crispy salad, spicy cauliflower appetizer, and the Baja tacos entree with sweet potato fries and all three were very tasty and made with good flavor and ample sauce/toppings. I noticed a significant difference from my previous visits here. Pictures below (unfortunately after being served so presentation (which was also good) not included).

AVOID. Chef Geoff needs to head back to chef school. Better off at any fast food. Sent food back twice. Burger burnt a flavorless both times. No time for a 3rd. If they can’t cook a burger, I doubt they can manage anything else on this menu. Just terrible
Only redemption is the server staff and manager were very responsive to my challenges with the food

Rough experience. $50 for two NA beers and a burger. My bun was wet with what may have been raw meat juice. I noticed a lack of hygiene in the restaurant all together. Servers and bar tenders clearing tables and not washing hands, tables not being wiped down between guests, etc etc. All while they had time to talk loudly, disruptively, Crack jokes, and hang around the server station. The Burger was sub par, fries tasted like they were cooked in a fryer that hasn’t been cleaned in a long time…
Today I’m paying for the meal all over again. It’s the only thing I’ve eaten in 24hrs, and I can’t stay off of the toilet. Idk the last time I had food poisoning so bad. I hate you all today. I hope you all get sick.

Wow, the other poor ratings don’t begin to tell the story at this place. It was located directly across from our boarding gate, convenient. I would recommend passing on this place for anything else. I figured I was safe ordering soup and cheese bites. I was wrong, soup was lukewarm and relatively flavorless; Campbell’s soup would have been less watered down. The cheese bites were undercooked, still cold in the middle. Sent them back and still cold, plus they were disgusting.
DO NOT GO HERE IF AT DULLES AIRPORT.

I recently visited a restaurant at Concourse C, IAD. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I arrived around 6:45 am to find the restaurant almost empty, yet the waiter seated me uncomfortably close to another gentleman, not considering my luggage or personal space, and without inquiring about my seating preference. I felt compelled to change seats on my own as he was gone for a while. Regarding the food, it was quite average. I ordered avocado toast and I have nothing special to add about the food, except some parts of the egg was completely uncooked!
I wouldn’t recommend this place, but I understand there aren’t many options available at the concourse.

Service was decent, and they obviously care. Unfortunately the kitchen doesn’t seem to.
Tortillas were cold and rubbery, fish overcooked, slaw wilted and bland, crema was decent. The pico de gayo was a joke with massive thumb size chunks of tomato.
Fish tacos for $24 and they SUCK! Maybe DC just doesn’t know how to make a decent fish taco? Nope, it’s just Chef Geoff’s slop disguised as food.

Server Tenagne was attentive and very sweet. Pleasant aura. I had the Hangover burger. It was delicious. Chargrilled, thick and juicy. It took less than 10 minutes to get my food. Very good service
