Terrible customer service and discriminative.
This was my first time and last time there! I took my 2 sister and kids to have dinner there which happened to be valentines day that day. The servers discriminated against us because we were a group of women and children and not couples dining for valentines. They deliberately served us last and prioritized couples.
Upon our arrival it took them 5 mins to recognize us and have us seated. They handed us the menus and never came back – we sat right next to the kitchen entrance so its not like they didn’t see us. After 20 mins we flagged them down to place our order. We only ordered 4 items, no modifications. We understood that they were busy so we choose to keep the order simple.
I was get that they were busy but when I saw 3 different customers who came after us get served right away and had their food delivered to them before us that is not acceptable! No server came to check in on us – the servers walked pasted us every 2-3 mins! After 20 mins when we asked for a status update they then said “sorry we working on it right now”. It took 30 mins for us to receive our order which they messed up on the order!
By that time we received our order the customers who were served after us were done and leaving.
The restaurant deliberately prioritized and served customers who were couples. We were seen as second class. I am not one who likes to be the annoying customer and ask why the order was taking so because it reflects me as a rude customer but the service we received that night was terrible.
At the end they still made us pay the full price and had the audacity to ask for tip! The servers knew we were dissatisfied and tried to ignore us.
The only time they showed quick service was when they brought the check and wanted to get paid.

This was my girlfriend’s and my first time here. The place is clean and staff is friendly here. Portions are very generous and are fairly priced. We each got a dinner for one special and were amazed at the amount of food we got. The food itself was good, but noticed the fried rice lacked a some flavor. They do have siracha and chili oil on the table to use also, which helped improve it. We’d come back if we’re in the area!

I have lunch and dinner at Chef Bo in Elk Grove many times. I often get my order to go there as well. They always have good service. The food is average to good. I like their dining room, which is very comfortable. Parking in front of Chef Bo in the shopping center parking lot is easy and safe. I’m sure I will dine there again!

The classics such as beef chow fun, salt and pepper pork chops, honey walnut shrimp, and seafood fried rice all satisfied my hungry belly. Will definitely food coma tonight.
Their service was also SO FAST. All the food came out in less than ten minutes.
Environment is casual and servers are friendly.
Wide variety of options to choose from. Will definitely come here again any time I crave Chinese food.

We had a great dining experience. This was the second time going. Last time was around the dinner hour on a Friday evening. It was busy but not a long wait as we arrived at about 5 pm. Our most recent visit was 8 pm on a Friday. No wait to be seated. Quite a bit of to go orders and food delivery service orders.
The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was very good with nice sized portions. The prices are highly competitive.

My wife and I ate at this restaurant last night and it was extremely disappointing. The hot and sour soup was terrible, had no flavor. And very little sour flavor if any. When asked about the food I did mention the soup was without flavor. We didn’t eat it and the waiter took it away without trying to make or correct the order. Also, the house special fried rice was not in anyway special. We will never return to this restaurant.
