The meals are made with seasonal ingredients from local sources.
Each meal is packaged together in its own bag which makes it super easy to unpack the box and keep the ingredients together. When it’s time to cook, grab that meal’s bag from the fridge and get started.
The day my meals are delivered, Chef Ami sends a text with some extra tips for that week’s recipes.
Recipe cards are printed on high quality, thick, glossy stock.
Instructions are very easy to follow including prep and plating. Everything is laid out step-by-step, so the timing is perfect.
The seasonings are wonderful.
The portions are ample for two people.
Chef Ami reduces waste by picking up the box, liner, and cold packs from your previous meal delivery.
Each meal can be customized with a nice variety of protein choices, including multiple vegetarian and vegan options.
There is an option to add a 4th meal each week.

Farm to table fresh meats, fish, vegetables delivered to our door each week after we hand pick our choices for what we want to eat and the menu changes weekly Everything is measured and labeled. The beautiful recipe card is easy to follow. We save money by not buying large quantities of food to cook only to end up tossing the rest since we are cooking for 2. We are so excited about Chef Ami. We can cancel or postpone any week we need to. Oh… and I am a Florida girl that knows fresh seafood. This is fresh from the gulf /sea guys! Giving them a try!

Chef Ami is a fantastic meal kit delivery service. The quality and freshness of their meat and produce consistently outperforms the large nationwide providers that I’ve tried. The meals are delicious and very easy to prepare. We have 3 young kids and both my wife and I work, chef Ami is a great option for weeknight meals around our busy schedule. I would really love giving 100 stars!!! We absolutely love Tuesdays when our Chef Ami boxes arrive. My husband received a demo at his work and we opted to try it out because we always wanted to try a meal order service. I am a vegetarian and he is a meat eater and this has been amazing because we get the same meal with a veggie option (veggie bacon, tofu, etc.) the meals are simple and delicious… And I can’t rave enough about how wonderful this entire thing is!

Our friend told us about Chef Ami, and I am so glad. The ingredients are fresh and the recipes are delicious. We received a tomato for the thai chicken burgers, and my husband and I both thought it was the prettiest tomato we’d seen in years, (wish I had taken a picture). It’s nice to know that it was grown locally. I love the environmentally conscience packaging and that they recycle the boxes each week. This was a favorite… blackened mahi-mahi with a simple caprese salad. We are hooked!
