Yesterday at 2:31pm near Lake Ridge · Last night I witnessed something in your Woodbridge, VA location that still has my blood boiling today. There was a homeless man sitting at the bar enjoying a cheeseburger and a beer. My friend and I were very touched by him because despite his horrible predicament, he seemed very joyful. He was very friendly and was singing along to Jimmy Buffet. The bartender commented that she had seen him panhandling earlier in the day and didn’t think that he should be drinking with the money that was donated to him. (I only saw him order 1 beer) Five minutes later, two of Prince William’s finest came in and escorted him out into the freezing cold. I voiced my opinion and disgust over how the situation was handled to the manager and left, but today I cannot stop thinking about this poor man. Where is your humanity? I hope to God he is somewhere safe and warm. 🙁 Shame on you!

Since the chain has been purchases by the same company that owns Fuddruckers the food and service have declined. Wait for a table is only the start as the food takes even longer to finally be served. Was one of our favorite go to spots and not after last 3 visits and the disappointment in service.

I make it a rule to go to a place at least 3 times before I rate it. This place has yet to fail me. Burgers are always good. I always order the mushroom swiss. French fries are awesome. Waitresses are always on top of refilling drinks and asking if we need anything. 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I have been here twice, the first time just for some drinks after work, and the second time we actually sat and ate dinner. We haven’t been back even though I keep receiving free appetizer and/or dessert coupons. The food was very uninteresting and tasteless–I don’t even remember what I ordered except that it wasn’t good. My boyfriend ordered some kind of many-layered sandwich that was a mess to eat and was basically just lots of bread with a little meat. The one thing we both found worthwhile was their piña coladas, which we sampled as a flight. The classic and the mango piña coladas are the way to go and, as far as I can tell, the only reason to ever visit this overpriced restaurant.

A decent burger. The nachos left a bit to be desired however. Brew selection is varied. They do offer pabst which is a plus. Prices are reasonable.
