I had a great experience last week here. The manager David was checking in with every table including ours. He made sure everything was going great. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable there. I have a severe food allergy and he took the time to double check with the kitchen and my food to ensure everything was cooked right for me. He was polite and very professional. He mentioned he was new to the location, but it didn’t seem like it. He was awesome! Would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant!

Great place. Most of the time the meals are excellent. Personally I love the sliders; however they have good wings and fries as well. Live entertainment on certain nights so if you don’t like it loud you should check the events section of their website.

Had to cut a star down as the last time we took a group there, they had some hair in the food. Not good at all; however first time we’ve seen that so perhaps a fluke.

I’ve never waited to be seated. The food is alright, nothing AMAZING. The real reason to come here is obviously for the environment, the Margaritaville beach atmosphere is awesome. The burgers are good, the fries are GREAT and the Sangria is good too! Service wasn’t really memorable, they are polite and that’s all I ask for.

Used to like the restaurant. However, when we went on 4/10/2015, our opinion totally changed. We were seated promptly, which was amazing for a Friday night around 5:15 pm. After that it was all downhill. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. Several servers and a manager walked by the table and NOBODY acknowledged us. Even the bartender saw that we were sitting there and never acknowledged us. After almost 15minutes waiting for anyone to come to the table we got up and left. Such a shame. We won’t be back!

As others have mentioned the food is fantastic! Huge portions and at a relatively cheap price! However, the service is deplorable. We were seated rather quickly and then ignored for most of the time we were there, never got flatware, water wasn’t refilled until we cornered him. But the food was fantastic

This place used to be known for good drinks and food when it first opened. Went for lunch a few times in the past year and the quality of food and service has gone down. Each time someone in my party has received the wrong item. Last two times I ordered a burger medium-rare it has come out well done, and the service was super slow, not sure if this is the result of a bad server or just bad luck, just didn’t seem like out servers cared. For a “Cheeseburger In Paradise”, they should have GREAT burgers. At least it is decorated nicely. I do appreciate the ownership reaching out, added a star for that. I hope they make the necessary changes to improve the restaurant.

So disappointed with the service lately here. It has declined greatly over the last few months that we’ve been going. I’m not usually one to complain or write negative reviews, but something needs to be done about the terrible service at this restaurant or they’ll end up going out of business. They seem to constantly be understaffed which is a big part of the problem. The other part is that the staff doesn’t seem like they were properly trained.

About 2 months ago, we get to the restaurant and the young ladies who were hostesses sat us within a few minutes. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes and never had a server come over to us. All the tables around us had servers, and none of them bothered to ask if we had been helped either. We just got up and left. On the way out, we told the girls that they might want to make sure they’re seating people at tables that have servers.

About two weeks ago, we ordered carry out. When we called it in, they said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. By the time we left to pick it up and actually got to the restaurant it had been over 15 minutes. They told us that the food wasn’t ready yet and it was going to be about 15-20 more minutes. Meanwhile the food was bagged and sitting right there. By the time we got home my food was cold and gross. I ended up throwing it out because I was so disgusted.

This past weekend we wanted to go out to eat and thought we would give Cheeseburger and Paradise one last try on Sunday night. Needless to say we ended up leaving due to yet another terrible experience. The hostess had no clue what he was doing. He looked clueless and seemed like he did not want to be there. When we arrived there was a family of 6 in front of us, and when they asked how long he looked at the seating chart and was extremely hesitant when giving them a wait time. He looked like he was just pulling a random number out of his head. Then we walked up and he did the same thing to us. Looked at the seating chart, and said he thought it would be about 10-15 minutes with a lack of confidence (which to me meant it could be 10-15, or 20-25 but I don’t really know and I’m just going to pretend like I do). About 5 minutes later a family of about 7 shows up. They ask how long the wait is and the hostess said it would be like 20-25 minutes probably. The mother asks to put their name down, and he looks panicked because he didn’t get a name for our party or the party of 7 before us. He then asks us who was first, us or the party of 6. I said they were. So he asked them for a name and then asked us for a name. About 5 more minutes goes by and a father and son walk in, the hostess looks right at them, doesn’t greet them or say anything, and walks away. After waiting a few minutes, they ended up walking out and quite frankly I didn’t blame them. The hostess finally comes back and we said something to him about how it was rude that he completely ignored the father and son, and that they ended up leaving. And then we decided to leave ourselves because we’re just tired of the crappy service. I have never in my life been to a restaurant where the service just continues to get worse and worse. I’m writing this with the hopes that the restaurant management and/or owner will see it and make some much needed changes and actually train their staff correctly.

We at in the booth for almost 30 minutes before they came over to get our drink order. Thank fully it was only water. That took almost 5 minutes to get. We had time to read the fine print on the menu, as it took us another 25 minutes and ended up leaving due to no one taking our food order. Disappointed to say the least!

A second happy hour starts at 9pm. The service is usually good especially if Miss Karen is your server. Some of the younger servers are not as attentive. The food is usually hot and well cooked.
