It was AMAZING! Best burger I have EVERY had in my LIFE. Their wings are amazing as well and I love how customizable everything is as well. It genuinely feels like the opportunities are endless. Saeiedes was an absolute sweetheart and just made the entire experience so so so much better. All love to this place as it was an amazing experience in every aspect and I will 100% be coming back as often as I can.

i loveeee cheeseburger bobbys. had to come here on national cheeseburger day to celebrate of course. me and my boyfriend come here at least once a month because its one of our favorite spots. the service is quick and easy every time and the food always tastes amazing. my favorite part is how you can customize your burger and fries all yourself. no complaints about this wonderful restaurant.

This used to be a fantastic burger place. The fries were amazing but lately the fries have a weird consistency and taste funny I found out they changed the way they make their fries and it is not the way it was we were very disappointed. Not sure if this is in all the places but the one on exit 14 off 400. Staff is still great.

So pretty much everything was good. Food was good, service was good (she was new so a little slow but ok) however…. you can only “make a meal” from 2 burgers… if you choose another burger off the menu, you pay nearly $5 for fries or onion rings and nearly $3 for a medium drink. A bit absurd to pay $17 for a meal. Prices are steep especially when you’re serving your own drinks and your own toppings. $38.55 for 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, 1 order of (only 6 for $4.99) onion rings and 2 medium drinks. Would be cheaper to go to Red Robin so I think I’ll do that next time… at least there it’s endless fries an drinks and actual service.

First time picking up from here, Right off the bat the toppings I received on the side weren’t great- lettuce was brown and the little bit of red onion I got was mostly the rough outer layers and the core, not a huge deal. But then, 4 bites into my burger and I see there’s a grey hair sticking out of my bacon, oh no I look closer and I see another in the melted cheese. Lost my appetite immediately. While the manager was super nice and apologetic it doesn’t change the fact that TWO hairs were in my food. The owner called to apologize and let me know she had refunded me and even added $10 in credits to use in the future which was nice. However, hair in food is a deal breaker and I just can’t stomach ever eating here again.

This was the second time we have visited Cheeseburger Bobby’s. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The girl who greeted us behind the counter was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. They offered a variety of condiments, sauces, and fry seasonings. The restaurant was extremely clean and so were the bathrooms. Everything was absolutely delicious. After we finished eating, one of the employees brought us sample cups of ice cream and peppermints. That was so nice! We will be back again when we are in the area.!

I have no clue why this place is so highly rated with the reviews. Too expensive for the quality and size. Burger patty was too dry and too small for $13 per Burger. Customer service was friendly and efficient. I did like the fact that I can put all the toppings on myself as much as I wanted. Right next door is Chili’s their cheeseburger the old-timer with cheese is bigger, juicier, and more flavor. For the same price. Basically a glorified McDonald’s.
