Ordered at 5:40pm, my family called at 7pm because they said 45 mins-1 hour, they said call back in 15 mins if they’re not there and we can give $5 off. Called back after 20 mins and cancelled the order then the guy showed up. $5 is LAUGHABLE. This is the third time something has happened that the delivery is 2 hours late/doesn’t show up, will never order again!

If you want something greasy, cheesy, garlicy and delicious, this cheese wheelz will not disappoint. Much better in quality and service than the other cheese wheelz locations in Windsor. Highly recommend as far as comfort food is concerned. They’re salads are not the best- but who goes to s pizza place for a salad?

Ordered online and was charged a $2.00 convenience fee to do that. What they don’t tell you is that you’re placed at the back of the line and they will serve all phone calls before any online orders. I like the food but I will not be returning.

Pizza was awesome! Experience getting the pizza was not! We waited an hour and a half, we were charged more then our bill and he forgot our pops. Called and spoke to the owner, she was absolutely amazing! They use a delivery service, they don’t do it themselves. She took care of it quickly and he came back with pops, but unfortunately still gave us the wrong amount back that we were owed. I feel like they would be an amazing place if they went back to delivering themselves because that delivery service is terrible! An hour and a half, warm pizza and he scammed us? Twice! What the heck!

Ordered from Dougall location Feb 2024. Charged $25.50 for a large Caesar salad, website said $12. No garlic on the cheese balls, just a big dough ball with cheese inside, bland. Pizza wasn’t great. Never coming back

Got Pizza from here few years ago and didn’t like it. Last night found out had new owners and thought would try again. It was the best pizza. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, onion, mushrooms. And cooked to perfection. I will definitely order again. So happy with the new cooks.

I have just experienced not only the longest wait for a pizza I have ever had (an hour and 20 plus minutes with a nine minutes away location) but one of the most average and coldest tasting pizzas I have ever had.
Not only was I extremely disappointed after receiving such high praise from my peers, but the fact that my colleagues had also ordered pizzas and received not only better service, but the quality itself of their pizzas HIGHLY surpassed mine. Their crusts were not BURNT, cheese was ACTUALLY MELTED, and their crust had what seems to be a garlic seasoning topping which mine did not.
I’m truly fed up with this service and will be following up later in hopes to receive my money back as my pizza clearly did not meet your quality standards.
