Stopped by Cheese Louise in North Conway and it absolutely hit the spot.
I ordered The Spicy Nashville and it brought the heat in the best way possible. Perfectly crispy chicken, melty cheese, and that Nashville-style kick that builds with every bite. Spicy but balanced — not overpowering — just enough to keep you going back for more. The bread was grilled to golden perfection with that buttery crunch on the outside and gooey goodness inside.
The kids went with The Vermonter, and that was a win too. Classic comfort vibes — rich, melty cheese with that slightly sweet, savory combo that makes it feel like the ultimate upgraded grilled cheese. Simple, but done right.
The vibe is fun, casual, and family-friendly. Great stop if you’re walking around North Conway and craving something hearty and satisfying. Definitely a place we’d go back to.

If you love grilled cheeses I highly suggest trying this place out. You order at the counter and they will bring the food to your table for you. They also have a few liquor and beer options which were great as well. I got the Baconator and had them add tomato, I got a side of the Garlic Parm fries and tomato soup. Grilled cheese 8/10. Soup 7.6/10 . Fries 7/10. For my drink I got the big kid lemonade with Titos 7/10. Overall it was a really nice place plenty of seating and plenty of parking will be back for sure

The short answer here is the numerous 5 star reviews are legit. Good, friendly service. Good sandwiches (Gobbler and Buffalo Chicken pictured here). Even better fries and secret sauce. Also, the bottled root beer was really good too. It only has a few ingredients, which is cool for a soda. The layout is pretty open with a cool fireplace and the music selection was right up my alley. Would definitely recommend.

We ate here today for an early lunch and it was everything I had hoped for (buttery bread). We had The Vermonteer sandwich and meal. It arrived quickly and hot!

Love it here. Super comfortable atmosphere, quaint decor and tons of space. The food was fresh and delicious (secret sauce is a 10). Garlic Parmesan fries smacked. Grabbed myself a free book and bought a bottle of the secret sauce on the way out

Ordered grilled cheese sandwich and parmesan fries. The grilled cheese sandwich wasn’t really tasty, but they provide a homemade sauce that seems to go well with it and the chips. Parmesan cheese was good. All self service like a fast food restaurant, but interesting they serve beer and cocktail.

Cheese Louise was suggested by our friend and we stoped by while traveling through New Hampshire and it was great lunch. It’s pricey but in Conway city during Fall with many visitors it is a good place to get your food.

Absolutely the best grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever had! I had the blue buffalo with Bacon which better than any buffalo chicken pizza I had ever had and my wife had the godmother and she also said it was the best! Garlic Parm fries were amazing as well and Dominic was very helpful with picking the menu items!
