We had a Saturday with no plans for once so my wife suggested we go over to Orange Park and make a day of it because we’re rarely over that way. We started that day at Cheers Park Ave for lunch because we’ve only stopped in here once previously for drinks and (surprise) Golden Tee Golf.
Anyone who knows anything about us knows we’re passionate about music. So the first time we were here, the album cover paintings stood out to us. Of course I know all of them and love many of them but per usual, anywhere that features artwork for King of Pop Michael Jackson is immediately good in my book!
I started with a Mocha Martini, which is basically adult chocolate milk and I am totally OK with that. For lunch, I ordered their Big 1/2 Burger w/ Fries because it’s been a while since I’ve had a burger. The offer toppings but I’m a plain burger person, thus the photo with only cheese. It’s a really solid burger with a great brioche bun. The fries were seasoned well but not super crispy so I didn’t eat a lot of them.
My wife ordered the BLT which should come as a shock to no one. I’m reasonably that anyone could look at the photo of the BLT and not need to read a review. She loved it. Her only mild critique was that she thought there was a bit too much tomato, but that’s easy enough to dispense with so no biggie.

Well I was little disappointed! I will give 1 more try! But, went to a car show there! We sat in a booth, waited for service for 13 minutes, no one came! So we went to the bar! We finally had someone help us! Then asked if we could sit at a booth, they said yes! We showed them where we would be! They saved us food! Then never came back! When it was time to leave we finally had to go back tonthe bar! To ask for our bill, and pay! The food was great though! They truly need more workers!

The food and service was great; Staff was super attentive and I could tell a lot of guests were having fun. I tend to not do great in loud environments, so it wasn’t a great fit for me personally. I couldn’t hear my party over the music, regrettably I did forget to pack my loops to soften the noise level for myself. Those with sound sensory issues would do better ordering to go.
Pool tables are available for play and a lot of tv’s are on to watch, along with there being a live band. A great place for those that enjoy

We have been several times now. Staff is excellent and attentive. Fun atmosphere. Sports and music friendly. Great food. The patrons are very welcoming and friendly. The Mayor and Reverend Jim approve. LIVE music as well.

Can’t get a server to save my life but the bartender is on point. Can’t rate food I can’t get served! Place has a nice vibe anyway on karaoke night. Specialty drinks are $9-11.

Where everyone Learns Your Name! Amber our Server was Great. Offered suggestions and gave us awesome service. The wings were very good and Seasoned Well! Wonderful atmosphere and a Fun Place!

Good food, reasonable prices, nice staff. Plenty of TVs to be able to watch whatever game or sport you may be looking for. They have a pool table, darts, and music certain nights. Late night is obviously different from during the day.

I have been coming here for 5 + years. I used to live minutes away, but now make a 25 minute drive to come to Cheers whenever I want to go out for drink, grab a chicken sandwich for lunch, or meet up with my friends after work. The amazing food and drinks brought me in initially, but now I come just as much for the staff as to socialize with my friends or have a relaxing drink! Justin, Reef, Shelly, Jeremiah, Josh, Blaine, Joe, Monty, Frank, Ray, and everyone else that works here and truly loves their job,
makes Cheers such an amazing place to visit any day of the week! Whether the bar is packed, having poker night, having a live band, Or whether it is a slower night; I know I will always have a blast because the staff at Cheers have become true friends over the past years! This place is truly magical and I highly recommend giving it a shot… You will come back again and again and again….

All things considered. Pretty great place to spend a Friday night. Bathrooms might not be the cleanest. But the staff are warm and friendly.
