If you haven’t been to Cowboy Up in Mendon, you are missing out! This trip we didn’t go to Cowboy Up; however, we did go to the attached restaurant. The service was outstanding with Cassidee (sp?) as our waitress/bartender. We had the awesome soup and salad bar with fish and steak. You definitely won’t go hungry when you order here! They are open Thursday-Saturday with music on Friday and Saturday.

This is a hidden gem for a great dinner. The prime rib, brisket and smoked ham were delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, leaving a bad review due to customer service and how the owner handled our situation. We had been here multiple times for dinner, and sadly, will never return. We waited 30 min to even be acknowledged by a waitress, and then waited over an hour for our bill. We tried flagging people down to get our bill and the staff never acknowledged us. At this time we had to leave due to our work schedules. Before we could even call our go back in to pay our bill the next day, the owner had stalked my husband on social media and called, leaving a voicemail to call back. When we called back, we were told how unfair it was to walk out on our bill. We explained what had happened and we intended on paying our bill. We paid our bill and never received an apology, but was told they don’t have a crystal ball to predict how busy they would be. By far the poorest customer service we’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We really enjoy eating here. Haven’t had a bad meal. Sandwiches are awesome, steaks pretty good, awesome salad bar. They always make us feel at home and part of the family. Owners are fellow south siders!

Excellent food and outstanding service. The ribs were fantastic.
We had a lot to take home as we ordered the onion rings, which were one of the best I have had. We all included the salad bar, which was more than a meal by itself.
We arrived early, and were still welcomed in. We were treated like family. This was my first visit to the restaurant, but will not be my last. I have marked it as a favorite

Came here with friends on Saturday. Never thought to try this place until now. To start off, service is good, except for refills. Second off, the steak and potato soup was delicious. Salad bar could be better, but it’s not the worst I’ve seen either. And third, their full rack of ribs is not only big, but it’s definitely good too. Only suggestion I would make is improving the interior. It’s kind of weird.

It is a bit if a drive to get here, but it is well worth the drive. The Friday night specials is what we come for. The 16oz Steak or Prime Rib Dinner or AYCE Fish is the specials and the best part is you never have to guess if it is going to be good or bad that night. It always tastes the same and always tastes great and when I leave I never leave hungry because I am stuffed and satisfied.
