You want to see a business about to go under? Go by Cheeburger Cheeburger in the RIC airport. The soda machine does not work? The cake money of any restaurant is in beverages. The trash is overflowing and there is no one greeting customers. The food is passable for a fast food chain, but just barely. The service was friendly which is the only thing pulling this place into two star territory.

Horrible service! My daughter Ordered a breakfast sandwich; Never got her food. They were short staffed. An employee trying to get orders done on her first day – she was left alone with the bartender. We waited over 30 minutes and requested a refund. They called the supervisor to process the refund. She took her time to do that. I asked the supervisor why were they opened if they don’t have people to cook ;( when everyone is traveling; not much time to wait. I’m still waiting on my refund- this happened on 5/30/2023. Supervisor not professional. See my refund ticket given by the supervisor and shows no money refunded! Smh

My daughter and I had a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. It did not taste good. Whatever seasoning they put on that thin slice of ham was too much. We definitely won’t get breakfast from there again. Hopefully, the lunch and dinner food items taste better.

The burger tasted fine. Not too much flavor but it’s fine. The server was very friendly, but I think their ordering system fails so bad. I ordered my food and watched everyone ordered after me getting their food. When I asked about my order I was told that it didn’t go though into their system. I had to tell them what I ordered which was still made wrong. I also watched 2 people who got their order twice. It was so chaotic.

Great breakfast sandwich! Fresh egg and lots of bacon (and it was nice and crispy). Good biscuit too. Felt very home cooked. Quite greasy, though.

Opened 40 minutes late. Not enough time to order and eat before the plane boards so I won’t bother. This place is losing a lot of business to the coffee shop and book shop across the hall simply for not opening on time. Whoever the franchise owner is should rehire/retrain staff.

Burger was fresh and tasted decent. Only down in my opinion was diced romaine lettuce on a burger is a no go for me! Fries were good and the jalapeño poppers were ehh(I’ve had better). Typical airport markup on the food

Great, friendly service from Q! I got a cheeseburger with grilled onions and fries. The food was good. The meat was a tad dry for my taste, but I wasn’t mad at it. I would ear here again.

The burger tasted fine. A little dry and the lettuce was wilted beyond eatability. I just can’t do wilted cooked lettuce. The fries were good. But I can confirm what reviews have said, soooooo slooooow. And 30 bucks for two burgers and fries? I know its an airport but come on, this is NOT a $12 burger.
