The worst experience ever. Food wasn’t cooked all the way. And when I picked something else to eat. They over cooked that. The Manager was very nice and tried her best to satisfy our table. She was so helpful. The fan that swings over the customer’s table in the middle needs to be cleaned very badly. It was covered in dust and spider webs. Don’t nobody want to eat their food with all that dirt and bugs on top of them. Wow!

First visit ever to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. Interesting menu and decor. Had the shrimp with two sides. Food was good, and would definitely like to try other dishes. Portions were ginormous. But to be honest, service was a bit sketchy. I could see it if they had been busy, but the restaurant was not crowded. Took so long to get food and pay using their table-based payment device that we were late back to work. So plan accordingly if you have just an hour for lunch. We had to ask for specific items several times. Hope the other locations are a bit more organized.

Just left here & let me just say it was pretty bad. The service was slow, & the food seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. I even asked for a replacement for the mash potatoes & rice & it still looked the same. Very overcooked & dry. My husband ate all the steak to try not to waste any food but for the most part it was hard to eat/finish. For the money we spent it’s definitely not worth it. We just got our check & left real quickly. Never coming back.

Order said no pickles, our kid can not eat pickles because they make him sick. The whole order was loaded dispite the tag that said NO PICKLES. Also if you go with in the last 90 minutes, the chips for artichoke dip were stale, the cheddar curds were hard and greasy, and even the honey butter croissants were stale. I dropped 100 bucks for my friends for helping me out today and only the burger, mashed potatoes and broccoli rice was decent. Due to it being somewhat near closing I will give it 2 instead of 1. But it was my first time eating at a Cheddar’s in San Antonio…. I was not impressed

Andres (manager?) was awesome. He greeted us at the door, helped us get a bigger, more comfortable table and checked on us throughout the meal, friendly without being intrusive. our server was Alex and while he was polite, seemed new and unfamiliar, but willing to learn. the food was delicious and had good portion sizes. the margaritas had a tad bit too much ice but were flavorsome. parking was adequate. would recommend and return.
