Stopped in twice of the course of a week, always had a seat available, always someone upfront to serve you. Staffing over lunch can be a little lite for the crowd size so your service may lag a little. Having said that the food and drinks are both top notch, and taste as good as they look.

Grabbed dinner here with the family and was once again disappointed of how the quality and quantity of food served has decreased. Cheddars used to be our favorite dinner spot. The service and folks that work there are still great. We ordered chips and queso appetizer. The queso was cool temp and got hard/dried quick. I ordered my favorite the Keywest plate and it was a disgrace. It looked like a kids meal and the shrimp on it were so small that they blended in with the small cubes of pineapples in it. I had the BEST experience at this particular Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen recently! From start to finish, everything was outstanding. I ordered the bourbon-glazed salmon with rice and broccoli, and it was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. The El Patron margarita was also a fantastic choice… smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of kick.
But the real highlight of my visit was my bartender/waitress, Ti. She was incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely friendly. Her attention to detail and eagerness to make sure I had everything I needed truly stood out. It’s rare to see service delivered with such consistency and care.
Because of her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be back and I’m already looking forward to being in her section again. Cheddar’s, you’ve got a gem on your team!

Totally got shorted in the portion size! My family ate there, and ordered me a meal to go and brought it to me at work. There was approximately 1/8 to 1/4 cup of rice in the first picture, and the broccoli and cheese casserole was less than 1/4 of the cup it was packaged in. Definitely disappointed!

Not going to lie tonight was disappointing- after calling two weeks ago to ask if they could accommodate a larger party for my Dads bday they simply said give us a call the morning of so we can arrange it. O did that but then they could t add tables for a larger party of 12 so we were split long table and booth. I waited 45 minutes for my ginger beer mule ( one of only
Two mixed bar drinks at our table!) Then our entire table was served and eating for ten minutes before my food arrived . We told our server we needed checks – 15 minutes later all still waiting on the checks. They were clearly understaffed tonight. It was very slow service and slow to get food to table and the place was nowhere near full?!
I like the menu but I’ll save it for small parties – I will never try to fit 10-12 people her for a bday dinner again.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter Adrian! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail. Our drinks were always refilled, he checked in at the perfect times (without being intrusive), and he made us feel valued as guests. Service like this truly makes a difference.

Thank you so much to our waiter who really made my Mother’s Day a fantastic luncheon with my kiddos. I had Salmon sweet carrots, and that sweet honey bread they bring you. So very nice! Not to mention the sweet tea with lemon. I mean come on now, can’t get any better. But most of all, the waiter was witty, kind and very helpful. The Best!
