My husband and I love coming here for our lunch dates . The food is always great and so are the drinks! We love sitting at the bar , watching the fishes swim in the aquarium . And the bartenders are always so nice and accommodating. Our food always comes out fast , hot and fresh. I had the smokehouse burger ! And it was delicious! Perfectly cooked and juicy just like how I love my burgers! My husband had the fish and shrimp platter .

2nd time coming since it opened due to not liking my first visit years ago. To be honest I dont remember but it might have had something to do with the small appetizers or lack of some more options. The food however was on point and my full slab of ribs was plenty Big! The prices were reasonable for the size of servings. Took my grandsons to restrooms and reeked with urine smell. Ashame because the restrooms were very nice.

We brought our daughter here to celebrate her birthday. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the service from our waitress, Angel M., was very disappointing. She never checked on our table, and we had to ask other servers multiple times to get her attention for basic things.
When it was time for dessert, we asked for it to be brought out as a surprise for the birthday girl so we could sing Happy Birthday after she cleared the table, she never cleared the table and we had to keep reminding other staff to let her know. It really took away from what should have been a special moment.
The food was great and we enjoyed it, but the service we received was the worst we’ve experienced. I hope this is addressed so other families celebrating special occasions have a better experience.

I love Cheddar’s Sugarland but tried this location but the service and food seem off. First, our server kept getting our order wrong and then when my steak was brought out it was well-done and burnt when I asked for Medium-well.
I notified the server and re-ordered my steak and I must say, I should’ve just declined.
The steak was well-done and dry!
I will stick to the Sugarland location.

Probably the most disappointing restaurant experience ive had in a while. Sat solo at the bar. Bar tender was friendly and attentive despite being quite busy. Kudos to Patrick for saving the experience. Ordered chicken tenders and ribs, iced tea, and dessert. The chicken was room temperature, the ribs were awful, overcooked with wat too much sauce, sides (green beans and broccoli casserole) were decent. Dessert was hot fudge cake Sunday thing… didn’t know they were out of ice-cream until after the dessert was delivered. I also had ordered unsweetened tea… got sweet the 1st time. The bar tender took care of the discrepancies and despite me asking not to, they did take some off the bill. Thanks again to Patrick for the experience bearable and somewhat pleasant even with the food issues.

Server was not that good. Failed to bring straws with drinks, small plates with croissant rolls or appetizer. Food was not prepared well. Beer battered fish seemed rubbery and soft like it had been microwaved or something. But the fried exterior was too soft and not battered or crispy. French fries were also very soft and had absolutely no crisp. Maybe everything was undercooked because they seemed busy and were rushing orders out. Very disappointed and won’t be going back to this location again.

I haven’t been here in over 6 years, the place looks amazing.. the food was great. I will be complaining about the high chair , it only had 1 straps on 1 side . Imagine if my 14 month old would of fell out . Don’t even wanna Imagine. Boys are very active. So I will he speaking to someone higher
