$12.99 appetizers trio. Is worth the bang for the buck. The cheese fries hit the spot, spinach and artichoke dip really good as well.

Our waiter was very friendly and ensured the drinks stayed filled and we had everything we needed.

Country fried steak. Was fried to perfection and covered in gravy. The sweet corn and mashed potatoes for the sides really tied the plate together.

Beer batter shrimp platter was really good as well. good sized shrimp and nicely fried.

Chicken strips and fries. Well same as every other place

Thanks to the amazing Cooks and the mixologist I had a really enjoyable meal and drink. I can eat the very delicious spinach dip and chips that’s an appetizer all by itself. I didn’t want to stop eating it. honey butter croissant Once I tasted the bourbon salmon, green beans, corn and rice… my taste buds were so very happy and the watermelon swirl margarita good and refreshing Everything was A+++++ Thank you Kat for being an awesome waitress and you Richard for checking to make sure everything was perfect for me you shine. I can’t wait to come back.

Ok, I came back and this is confirmation. I had the same entree and appetizer plus added the carrot cake that had a twist like no other with the crunchy candied nuts yum sorry I ate most before I remembered taking a picture of it but what a yummy birthday gift that made my day even sweeter. Thank you so much for the great food and Samod was on top of everything. Samod you are amazing great personality and service.

I’m tired of leaving tips and get poor service. They always forget items, food is cold, and the customer service is horrible. I don’t think they have quality control, and management over sight to monitor these things. This used to be one of the American food chain and this place has gone down the drain. I can’t see it been open to much longer if they keep this up. The parking lot used to be full and now it’s no where near full. The wait time is forever. Save your money and go to places that value your money. No utensil, no napkins, and no straws. Just a horrible experience and I feel like this is a theft of service. I paid for an experience and I had expectations and none of it was delivered.

Worst experience ever! I ordered 2 trios and veggie plate. Look at this mess. We live too far to take it back and was too tired to even call last night but I definitely took pictures. This was the driest broccoli and cheese I’ve ever had not to mention I got a veggie plate that didn’t even touch the sides of the containers.

Three stars is a stretch. The food was the most basic, subpar American food I’ve had. Nothing I ate impressed me, and it honestly just made me sad that I was spending money on it. I love Cheddars but had never been to Cheddars @ Alliance. Maybe it was a bad night. I ordered something simple. Chicken tenders. My order was curbside. Service was excellent but the food had no flavor other than grease. I’ll try them again and order what I normally get which is is the grilled chicken pecan salad. I’m expecting greatness!

I ordered a family tender bundle for pickup and did not get the green beans. I was given mashed potatoes instead in a container clearly marked green beans. This is the second time this has happened to me. Previously, I did not get the broccoli cheese casserole with my order. I can understand if they were out of green beans and let me know this before pickup. They had my contact information why not call and ask what I would like to substitute. Or ask me before bringing the order to my vehicle. This will be my last order at this location.

Another five star experience! We visited Cheddars for lunch! I was so proud to see the young staff. They didn’t disappoint. They had superb hospitality skills and were so nice. Customer service is everything and they exhibited amazing service from the time we arrived until we left. The food taste great however if I’m being transparent and honest, the chicken was a tad bit over done but still maintained great flavor. We always enjoy the variety of choices the menu has. You will get your money work dining at Cheddars!

Richard needs additional training in hospitality. I had been looking forward to having my birthday dinner for weeks, I had a party of 5, 4 of us had already been seated and ordered one round of drinks(which took almost 20 minutes to arrive) then our last person from our party arrives after we received our drinks and proceeds to order herself a drink and a round of shots for the table. Before the drinks arrive, our server comes to our table and asks for all of our ages and proceeds to write them down, mind you, she had already checked our IDs? We ask her why, but she doesn’t really have a straight answer. Our shots arrive and she says “oh and by the way my manager says I have to cut you off after this” we’re all extremely confused because we had been here less than 30 minutes, we just ordered our food, we were not being rowdy or obnoxious, so we ask for the manager. The manager Richard comes out to our table and the first thing he says is “okay so yall can each have one more drink except for the person who had two drinks already” and my friend thanks him but tells him the way that was handled was a bit abrasive and before cutting us off he should check out the situation. He proceeds to say they have a 3 drink limit per customer and they’re liable if something happens to us, I get it, I’ve worked in food service for years, Tabc law is no more than 2 drinks on the table per person however. We ask, why is this not posted on the menu or why were we not told beforehand? They couldn’t answer, my friend again tells him she understands but this could have been handled better, he says “well thanks for you feedback!” extremely condescending and then walks away! At that point, we hadn’t received our food and just asked them to take it back and to get our checks. Another manager Jonah I think stops by the table and is way nicer and explains it a bit better. But still, I’m extremely disappointed, I have always loved cheddars, but I don’t believe I’d be back to this location.
