Everything was delicious! One of the best Cheddar’s I’ve visited. Waitress was super nice and responsive. Texas Sweet Tea did NOT disappoint!! Great place and great atmosphere. If you have not tried the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and shrimp…You MUST!

My first impression was “oh, I bet that place has a great home made mac n cheese!” There was no mac n cheese on the menu, which was a little disappointing. The food we did get was good though! The steak wasn’t seasoned very well, but it was cooked perfectly. The New Orleans pasta was really good. The Wisconsin cheese curds were AMAZING as was the croissant and honey butter!

Yesterday my family and I decided to have dinner here. After a short wait, we were seated in a section where the waitress only had two tables, and the table they initially planned to seat us at was still dirty. The hostess let the server know she would move us one table over to give her time to clean it. The server immediately responded, “I’d rather serve people in my section only.” The hostess seated us one table over anyway, and the server rolled her eyes at both the hostess and us before asking a younger server from a completely different section across the restaurant to take our table because she was “overwhelmed” — even though we were closer to her section. Unfortunately, the interaction came across as unprofessional and, honestly, left a bad impression.
Thankfully, the server who ended up taking care of us completely turned the experience around. She kindly introduced herself, explained that she would be assisting us, and asked for a few minutes since her large party’s food had just come out and she wanted to make sure they were settled. I truly appreciated the communication and acknowledgment. Within just a few minutes, she was back and provided excellent customer service. Our experience with her was one of the best we’ve had in a very long time.
If I were rating based solely on the first interaction, it would have been a 1. Based on the second server alone, it would have been a 5. So overall, I’m giving it a 3.

Definitely great service, the bartender tonight on our anniversary of 06/16/2025 did a fantastic job! And the food was actually really great! We had been wanting to try this place up where we live, but I suggested us try it while we are on vacation here in Louisiana. Definitely was worth the try! We really enjoyed it! Thank you!!!

This particular location had good food overall and great service. We were traveling from Louisiana to Georgia….I believe we were still in Louisiana when we stopped. It was our first time eating at this place, it’s similar to a Texas Roadhouse. We tried the Shrimp Alfredo, Grill salmon >Blackened, and Steak& grilled shrimp. We loved the honey butter croissants, although I’ve never seen a restaurant charge extra for bread served before the food arrives…weird! But prices for the meals are pretty reasonable for food and portion size so we didn’t complain. Now to the details…the Shrimp Alfredo was the best meal at our table. The only setback was the garlic bread was hard as a rock. But we had our fill of bread with the croissants so we didn’t complain. But the dish was tasty and fresh and enough portion sized to share or have your fill and take the rest home. Now on to the Salmon….I got Blackened but I should have tried the grilled or bourbon. It came with rice and two other sides. I got a sweet potato and a veggie. The salmon was seasoned but little flavor, I guess that’s to be expected. The rice had hard pieces throughout, and I just had to return it. They quickly brought out a fresh bed of fluffy soft rice. Overall, it was good, I finished my meal. If I returned, I would order something else. The steak was seasoned and cooked well, plus the grilled shrimp was a good match to create a surf and turf. Got a loaded baked potato and veggie with it. I added pictures of the menu below because 1) I’m creating the review after the fact,lol. 2) It’s important that food on the menu looks like how you receive it. These dishes didn’t differ in looks for this location. So what you see is what you get. The pics represent what we received…minus the carrots for a loaded baked potato, swap the battered shrimp for grilled shrimp, add a sweet for the regular bake potato with the salmon and those were our meals . We received the best service from our waitress. She was kind, attentive, and quick. We never asked for a single refill because she was on it throughout our sit. She constantly checked on us after the food arrived. She even brought us to-go drinks with our check. Strawberry lemonade is the best! Her attentiveness made up for the minor setbacks from the food…often times it’s not what you get, but how you are treated. I can’t speak for all locations, but this was a good first-time experience for my family and I.

Visited last night, while waiting to be seated another party of elderly ladies were told they had to wait before their last guest arrive to be seated. They were waiting for 1 person not 3 or 4. I was seated for a party of 2 immediately keep in mind my coworker was not present at the time but these elderly ladies had to wait. Thats the first downfall. Secondly, the waiter came and asked for our drinks. She brought the drinks back so we’re thinking great, service is about to be better than last time we came about 3 months ago. Wrong, we order our food immediately at 650pm. Both ordered Salmon, I asked for my broccoli to be well done, I had a baked potato also…..the waitress put the order in, she pass back and we ask for some napkins. She brought us some paper towels off the roll. Ok fine no problem I can use this….Next, it’s now 7:40 and we’re wondering what happened our food…. finally, at 7:42 almost an hour later the waitress hands us our food. She look at my facial expression and say ” we ran out of baked potatoes so I gave you a mashed potato.” Wait what??? First of all thats not what I ordered, 2nd of all I’m paying for this meal and I’m not 2yrs old, shouldn’t I have been given an option whether or not did I want another side?? Yea well you ordered a baked potato but since we got slammed i just gave you that…. shes walking off…I said and where is the broccoli i ordered…..oh you asked for it well dome so its gonna be another 3 minutes…..ok may I see your manager please…ok the manager said to give yall free desserts for the wait…mam I just want to speak woth the manager..the young lady walk off so we’re feeling our food…tell me why the plates were hot and the food was cold ♀️ the rice was hard and stuck together. This is a dish I have gotten many times before so I know how it should be….we waited 4 minutes, the manager never came neither did the broccoli. I left the untouched plates of food there and walked out!!! Absolutely horrible. 3 months ago I came and was served cold plates of food as well. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt that service had gotten better…sadly I was wrong. This is the only Cheddars in the area.

I absolutely love this business model! I wish there was one of these near me in DC. Huge portions, big drinks, cheap prices, amazing delicious menu, and to top it off, best service in the world. And I love that you can order whatever you want off that little device at the table. Super cool!
