My daughter and I stopped here for dinner. The host/server said his name was Eddie. He totally forgot about our order and didn’t serve us any croissants until we asked for them. He was very honest and apologetic about why our food was taking so long and we appreciated that. The food was great and he did all he could to provide great service. I was more than happy to tip him $20 for his effort and honesty.

Never have any complaints about this place the food is always good and service is always mediocre overall it is a good experience. Had a drink, but they came about the same time as the food did but still all good and delicious. On the plus side the honeybutter covered croissants hat they bring to the table in the beginning are to die for, highly recommend those and that broccoli and cheesy rice casserole

Found a huge black hair INSIDE my baked potato. I do not have black hair. I am usually not bothered by this but it took 2 tries to get this corrected. First my whole plate was taken and after 20 minutes only a potato was brought back. I didn’t even get to eat any of my original fish. When this was pointed out it took another 20 minutes to get that fixed and they sent out the fish with yet another baked potato???? Y’all weren’t even that busy, how hard is it to communicate? My other issue is that the pay station at the table auto selects the tip to be 20% which seems underhanded. Just figure out what the heck you guys are doing and maybe get some beard nets (hoping to god this was a beard hair).

The host was super friendly. Our waitress Nisha was the best server we have had in a long time anywhere. The food was outstanding. The appetizers are large for the price, and the croissants are cloud-like, sweet, and buttery. Will be returning here for sure.

I went to Cheddars with my husband for my birthday. My favorite from this place is the Santa Fe Spinach Dip. The day we went the food was great but the service was not, it seems like the waitresses don’t like their jobs. We were served by a rude waitress, she did not offer us to refill our drink, we gave her a $10 tip, additionally she kept our change from the total of our bill, and she did not say thank you to us. It is very important to offer good service.

Excellent tasting food. I love the croissants before the meal. The spinach artichoke dip is the best. I loved the pastas. A lot of meat for your money. Everything for 2 people was under $30 and I thought that was a really good price for it being a nice restaurant in 2022.
