Food tasted great and was hot. Employees were very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. We went for the chicken pot pie and loved it. The crust was so flaky and good! The meal came with a salad and flaky and delicious honey butter croissants! We were very happy with everything. This was the first time we had visited a Cheddar’s. Will definitely be back soon!! We love chicken pot pie!

Service was great and the food was awesome. Came here by myself for my birthday. My partner is out of town for work. But they made me feel special for my birthday even though I was alone. The manager was great and my server was the best I’ve had in quite awhile. Don’t remember his name,but he was a tall young man & was very polite. Very grateful for the tip and even asked my name and asked if he could give me a hug that made my night. I’ve always loved Cheddars

We called early to make a reservation for 10 people. But were told they do not do reservations on Friday’s and Saturday. Uppon arrival we were told the wait for a table was over 1 hour and they could only accommodate us in 2 booths at that time. Given that we had children in our party we choose the booths but 10 min after being seated noticed the table was empty. The manager Carol very poorly and unprofessionally said the previous party had just left, the table was assigned to the next group in line and that it wouldnt be fair for them to give the table to our group. Then WHY were we told the wait was over 1 hour if the group sitting in the table had already eaten and were almost done?… Had we been advised of a shorter wait of 30min or such we would have waited…
Anyway.. my friends/family and I came here 3-4 years ago and didn’t like it. We decided to give it a second chance, but were still not impressed… The chicken and ribs were dry. My friends claim some of their food was salty such as their onion rings. The portions of the sides are a complete joke, specially the rice, you can eat that portion in 3 spoons. The loaded mashed potatoes were ok. After the poor customer service provided by the manager regarding the table seating, we thought it was just not worth it to bring any other concerns to her attention.
The waitress was sweet, kind, professional and understanding, I believe her name was Jaquelyn. She provided a good customer service. Their manager Carol in the other hand has ZERO customer service skills. She could seriously benefit from getting additional training in that area specially from Jaquelyn.

I go here often. This place is amazing because the complementary croissants that they give you. There are so many options and my favorite that I recommend is the steak and chicken combo because it is a lot of food. Also you can choose up to 2 sides on each meal. The fish tank and fan make the place more memorable than other restaurant designs. It’s best to reserve ahead of time because sometimes the place gets busy

My meal was the bourbon glazed salmon and shrimp served over rice and you choose both your sides. Glaze comes on the side so you can add at your leisure. 10/10 recommend this dish.

I would have loved the spinach dip if there wasn’t a big glob of sour cream in the middle, I didn’t know it came that way or I would have asked them to not put so much. I got fish and fries. My fish looked like chicken tenders, the flavor wasn’t very good. It was very spendy for 4 people and just not worth what I paid, we all hardly ate what we got because it just wasn’t that good The waitress was wonderful though! Very upbeat and attentive. Just not the place for me.

First time customer and boy, was I not disappointed!! All my parties food was perfect & exactly what we ordered. Our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the wait time was minimal and the atmosphere was very inviting. I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on.

Went to celebrate a milestone birthday with the family. Called in 2 hours in advance for reservations and even with arriving 15 minutes early for the seating, we still waited almost an hour. When asking about it the less then friendly hostesses said, “we are working on it!” I saw countless tables of 2, 3, and 4 being seated… we were a table of 8. They then ask if it would be okay to split us up between two tables – which we said okay to and within 5 minutes. That was the only unpleasant part. Our servers were amazing… yes, we only really had a younger guy but him and lady in her mid to late thirties were helping him out with his tables, and they were so friendly and personal and worth the trip. The food there is, and the only issue was my mom felt the blacken shrimp was too spicy, so we helped her eat it. But everything was amazing after leaving the hostess stand.
