Absolutely Loveee this place !! First time here and immediately greeted by the nicest people. Our server is Spot On the nicest most adorable girl named TAYA !!!!!! Absolutely a sweetheart. Attentive. Incredible attitude. Loveeee her !!!
We got seated right away. The appetizer provided when u sit down, the honey butter crossaints are Absolutely Incredible!!!! Came on Valentines Day and the service is amazing. Food options are plenty and great sides with options I’ve never had before like the cheesy bacon mashed potatoes !!!! We got the queso and salsa chips delicious!! I got the grilled shrimp and chicken tenders with cheesy bacon mashed potatoes and baby carrots. Absolutely Delicious. 10 out of 10.

the atmosphere is nice and quiet. very little chatter and wasn’t overwhelming. my experience at cheddars is always brilliant. servers and staff are consistently great and marvelous. been here several times. we always come back for more. i don’t mean to glaze over this location, but this has gotta be the best chain ever! food is always fabulous and comes out in less than 10 minutes. food tastes fresh and warm. even if you’re hesitant about coming here, you’ll be greeted with a smile.

This place was simply delicious! Sat right away on a Saturday night (party of 2). Environment feels upscale but prices are seriously reasonable. Plenty of staff and waitress was very attentive. Food was delicious. 10/10 will be going back to this place for sure!

I think Cheddars is one of the best dining out values in the area. Prices are reasonable. Servings are on the large side. (A take home box isn’t unusual.) servers are always good. Tonight our server was Bella. She was great. She took care of us without being intrusive and had the knack of showing up at just the right time for just the right reason. The onion rings here are really good. Light but crispy coating and the onions are sliced just right. Conversation is very manageable in this environment. I never felt like other conversations were bleeding into our space. Our food items were all very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. First on the table honey-butter croissants, absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the food is consistently amazing. This has quickly become one of our favorite spots for comfort food done right!

I live very close by this Cheddar’s and was excite that the opened a location in NW Omaha. Well, that excitement is over. Since this location has opened I have order to go 4 times. Each time my food is prepared wrong and something is always missing and it is typically the extra sauce they charge you for. I figured it out with this location, they do not value to go orders and they will consistently give you messed up food. Tonight was the last straw and I won’t be going back.
I order the steak and rib combo. The steak was beyond dry and the ribs were dried out and uneatable. I’ve attached pictures so you can judge if you want to order to go from this restaurant. In the past I didn’t complain, but tonight I called and talked to the manager, she took my receipt information and was very nice about it and offered me a refund. However, she was surprised when I didn’t want the refund and said that is what most people want, and I said no I am hungry and I just want properly prepared food. I think this location is used to having wrong to go orders and they will just give you refund. I am not looking for something for nothing I just want my food to be right.
Forget taking their survey’s either cause nothing has changed when I take them, same horrible food experience! Please don’t bother giving my review a canned were sorry response, the food speaks for itself and more importantly the pattern of supplying horrible food on multiple occasions says it all!

Since this location opened, our family has dined here at least 7 times. Every time we’ve had a good experience – both with the food and the service. Our experience this past Saturday evening, the 24th, was the best of the bunch. Our server, Luis, was fantastic. He was on top of everything – from drink refills, to refreshing our tortilla chips for our appetizer, to checking to ensure we were happy with our food once it was delivered. Truly an amazing server. I’ve been planning to leave a review for this restaurant for a while, and am happy to do so now – to not only recognize the entire staff, but especially Luis, who is a 10 out of 10 when it comes to servers. Thank you Luis! We’ll be back again soon as our entire family loves dining here.

Very nice casual dining. Wait staff are friendly and attentive, food was definitely up to par. My wife had fish and chips, and I had the strip steak with chicken strips. Very tasty! Highly recommend!

Steak is great, I ordered the 14oz medium sirloin and add onions to it. Broccoli and substitute the other side with a salad. Perfect dinner.
