I hadn’t been to Cheddar’s in a long time, and unfortunately this visit didn’t leave me wanting to come back – which is depressing. I can’t say the place was dirty, but the lack of attention to cleanliness was noticeable. The food was mediocre at best, and the spinach dip in particular didn’t taste fresh at all. My waitress was decent, but she never refilled my drink at all – which was beyond disappointing. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.

Absolutely wont be going back. This is the 2nd time we’ve had issues with our to go orders. Neither of them were right at all and ended up with a 3rd tray of food that wasnt even ours. I couldn’t even eat my food. $50 down the drain

The restaurant was very nice and clean. All employees were friendly and helpful despite being very busy. Bathrooms were a bit dishevelled due to the high traffic being so busy but were still clean. We ordered our food and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. It was very delicious and I can’t wait to go there again. Even my mango tea was great. Portion sizes are larger than thought. I decided to get dessert and it was huge, it covered the whole plate. I had to eat the icecream so it didn’t just melt and took the rest home as I was too full to eat it all. Would definitely recommend going here on special occasions, it wasn’t super pricey but still pricier than some people might prefer to pay.

First time, last time! Food was pretty meh… atmosphere was really nothing special. Service wasn’t great by any means. Server couldn’t pay attention to what we were saying because it looked as though she was too busy wondering what her coworkers were doing.
First thing I noticed was the tile was so uneven I nearly tripped twice while on our way to the booth. After ordering the smokehouse burger with well done fries, the waitress asked about fries, I repeated well done. Had to make sure she understood the that I wanted the fries well done, and not the burger. She obviously didn’t… anyways, the sauce was everywhere, the burger was flaming hot, and the cheese was still cold. Fries were just not good. I could really taste the oil so I had to saturate them in ketchup. The meat didn’t seem to have much flavor, nor did the bacon. The sweat tea was pretty good though. But the icing on the cake was the bathroom. If cleanliness is next to Godliness, then those bathrooms were as close to hell as I ever want to get! The manager should be ashamed as well as the rest of the staff! Absolutely disgusting!!! And that’s putting it mildly.

It was good but could have been better. I got the 16oz ribe eye cooked medium. It was rare on one side and medium towards the other. The baked potato was cool to the touch. Also service was a bit slow and weird. The wife had a cheeseburger and fries she said it was pretty good. The patty could have been a frozen one by the way it looks. This isn’t the first time eating here. It’s always something.

We eat cheders twice a month for years. Lately service hasn’t been great but we understand that servers are harder to find these days. With that being said we visited in ashland ky today and arrived got on the waiting list set in our car waited 45 minutes to be called no problem. They texted us in when we got in they said someone canceled and said we would have to go back on waiting list. Hostesses was very rude to us so we just left wasn’t sitting on waiting list agian.

We had not eaten at Cheddar’s in a while. Very pleased with our dinner out, the atmosphere and service were great and the food was superb. They were as busy as any place could have been and our food was served to us hot and delicious.

This place was wonderful in every way. Food was a 10, atmosphere was a 15 ( because I’m a plant lover, there everywhere & beautiful) service was a 10. The nfl game was in at the bar surrounded by plants with a fish tank. The pain killer cocktail is a must try. If you go and don’t try it your doing your self a injustice.
