We brought a group of 30 hungry football players into Cheddar’s, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Even with such a large party, everything was smooth, organized, and timely.

Our server Jackson was absolutely incredible, friendly, patient, and on top of every detail. He handled a big group with professionalism and a smile, and every order was accurate. Drinks stayed full, food came out hot, and everyone left happy.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. If you’re looking for a restaurant that can handle a crowd without sacrificing quality or customer experience, this is the place.

Huge thanks to Jackson and the Cheddar’s team for making it such a great night! We’ll definitely be back.

The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were on point. I can usually find something wrong at every restaurant the only complaint here was our waitress was a little slow and we had to ask several times for condiments other than that it was great!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after the service we received tonight, I felt compelled to recognize someone who truly went above and beyond.
My family and I dined this evening, and ETHAN was our waiter. From beginning to end, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a very busy evening, and although our food took a little longer than usual (which was completely understandable on Valentine’s Day), Ethan consistently checked in with us, kept us updated, made sure our drinks were refilled, and ensured we felt taken care of the entire time.
What stood out most was his positive attitude. Despite how busy it was, he never seemed overwhelmed or rushed. He remained friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout our visit.
Ethan made our dining experience a great one, and we truly appreciate his effort and dedication. He is a wonderful representation of your establishment.

Everytime my husband and I go, we always walk out happy. The food is amazing, we order the half rack ribs and I absolutely love them. The onion rings and spinach artichoke dip are a great appetizer and if you like a drink with your meal they serve something called the painkiller, it is strong but delicious if you like coconut/tropical flavor. Atmosphere is always friendly and service has always been great so far. I honestly have no complaints and we go quite often.

Onion rings were great. For dinner, we had beer batter fried shrimp and fish which was delicious. The Cajun pasta was good, was not spicy at all. Our server was very attentive throughout the meal. We will be back!

We visited Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen today after church, knowing full well it was going to be busy. We had a party of nine, were quoted about a 45-minute wait, and fully expected that given the Sunday crowd.

Our table ended up taking a bit longer—about an hour and fifteen minutes—simply because the party seated before us had finished eating and paid but lingered for a while. Honestly, we weren’t upset at all; things like that happen, especially on busy Sundays. What stood out was how the staff handled it.

The team was incredibly apologetic and attentive the entire time. Before we were even seated, the manager personally came over, apologized, and offered to cover two appetizers because of the extended wait. We repeatedly told them it wasn’t necessary, but the gesture alone spoke volumes about their leadership and care for guests.

Our server, Kendra, deserves special recognition. She’s only been serving for two weeks and was clearly under pressure—she had just dealt with a large party before us and then was seated with our group. Despite the stress, she handled everything like an absolute professional. She was thorough, kind, apologetic (even when she didn’t need to be), and genuinely attentive. We made sure to tell her multiple times how great she was doing—and we meant it.

It was a hectic day, but every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. Service like that is becoming harder to find, and it’s absolutely worth calling out when you see it. Well done to the entire Cheddar’s Morristown team—we’ll gladly be back.

My husband and i have ate there probably 3 wks in a row at least once. The foods delicious ive had their ribs,chicken tenders,and my husband’s had some of the shrimp plates and the broccoli casserole is great. I also had a vegetable plate everything was gd but on another plate I got green beans they were very oily and had a weird taste so those I didn’t care for those.My only complaint is the loud music, not everybody can talk over the volume of it,I myself am 90% deaf and would like to keep the other 10% as long as possible so we ask the waitress to seat us away from noise then ask a waiter and explained reasoning if it could be lowered in volume but it didn’t happen!!!!! So I had some earplugs from having and MRI and I used one in the ear that was agitated the worst but that was last wk,today I’m home feeling like I’ve lost 3% more hearing so idk if I’ll go bk or not if the volume has to be so high that it hurts your ears and you can’t have a gd time talking to be understood with family and friends. People need to respect that not everybody can hear, see, speak or feels their best but are trying to have a comfortable meal at your restaurant.Prices are fair and we tip gd also!!! I hope the manager will take this into consideration!!!

Our 1st time eating here and we were not disappointed! There was a 20 min wait time but it was worth it. My husband ordered ribs, my son ordered country steak, and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger plate. We all had to take a to go box home because we couldn’t finish it all. The food, service, and value for your money was great! We will be back to eat there again very soon. Highly recommend cheddars to anyone! 🙂

I’m sorry to say this is the last time I will be visiting Chedders. I should have left when I had to stand there for 5 min waiting on anyone to come to the front desk to seat me. They were not super busy, now I know why. The waitress did come as soon as I was seated but that was it. Took my order for a drink came back and then said “I don’t have any straws on me.” So I did tell her that was fine. I can live without a straw. Placed my order for a what i thought would be a good meal. I ordered an appetizer and told her I probably couldn’t eat it all and would take the rest home. I also ordered a hamburger. I told her I wanted it cooked medium well. The food came quickly, cant complain about that. The burger was not medium well it was extremely well done. It was burnt black so was the bun. It also had this enormous piece of lettuce on it that almost covered the entire plate. Had to take that off. Then it came time to pay. So I tried the kiosk thing and couldn’t get it to work right as I was using a birthday gift card to pay part of the bill. I hit the call waitress button on the thing. Surprise! she didn’t come. Finally after waiting they seated someone at a table next to me and then she showed up. After she helped them she decided to help me. Took my payment and said she would go get a box for me to take the rest of my appetizer home. I waited and waited. She brought drinks to the other table and stopped and said “I forgot your box”. At this point I said don’t worry about and left. Being a nice person I still left a tip. I shouldn’t have. I should have said Oh I forgot your tip.

Came in today with my Man for our first official date. The waitress (who was clearly catering to him) completely ruined our night. He paid in cash for our meal and told her to keep the change (was 2$) and was planning on leaving a tip on the table. When she came back she stated “you can have your 2$ back that’s very rude and it’s honestly an insult” so obviously we were confused and stated we understand how tipping works and was going to leave a tip. She continued to be rude so we got a manager. The manager did speak with her (I’m not sure what happened but my man said it went well with him) and the host (I’m not sure what his name was) was super reassuring and kind. The fries were okay, I loved the ranch and the steak, however the cheese on my burger looked stale and old to the point I had to take it off (and I love cheese.) thank you to the staff that WAS kind and I seriously hope this is not an issue in the future as we did love the place otherwise.
