We had a bad experience several years ago and thought tonight we’d give it another try. They didn’t disappoint at all. I forgot to make pictures because the onion rings are back and I was eating to fast to hold my phone. Seated us as soon as we walked in. Very friendly host. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I had the fish and shrimp and the onion rings for an appetizer. My husband had the chicken fried chicken and buffalo shrimp as an appetizer. Our sides were broccoli casserole, seasoned rice and loaded baked potato. All of it was spot on. We had an amazing server named Caden. He has a very welcoming personality and he was very informative regarding the menu. I highly recommend giving Cheddar’s a try if you haven’t and I recommend requesting Caden for service. Delicious!!!!!

I love visiting this restaurant. The staff makes sure you have everything you need to ensure you have a splendid time while eating at Cheddar’s. Even though their menus changes, they still bring a new variety of delicious dishes, which makes you want to come back for more. I had the salmon in Bourbon sauce with shrimp . It was out of this world. Needless to say, we’ll definitely be back for more. Lol

The service was quick and the employees we had were very nice! They made sure we had everything we wanted our whole meal. The food was excellent as well. I get the Monte Cristo every time I go,and I’ve never been disappointed. I will absolutely keep going back.

We come here 1-2 times a month and the service we get is hit or miss. It’s kind of disappointing. I know you’ll won’t believe it your Mr. Personality hire Spencer was quite judgemental of us. I noticed he was very attentive to other tables and not us. He never checked on us after he dropped the food off and never asked if we wanted our check or dessert. Something similar happened with a female server tonight. I didn’t catch her name, but she has a nose piercing, curly hair and tan complexion. She was at the host stand when we came in at saw us being sat on her section, so she obviously wasn’t busy. It took every bit of ten minutes to get out drink order. We got an appetizer asked for extra ranch, she didn’t bring out the appetizer so we had to wait on her again to check on us with our food getting cold. She reminded us that the rolls were in the oven and would be out shortly. We got the rolls finally. When it was time for our entrees someone else dropped them off. Once again we didn’t get the condiments we asked for when ordering our food. We were sitting there patiently waiting on the server to acknowledge that we got our food while she was cleaning off her tables. I had to get her attention after waiting several minutes. After that she never checked on us again until we were done . She never asked how the food was like most servers do when you’re in the middle of eating. She never asked if we wanted dessert or asked how we wanted the checks, similar to how Spencer treated us. I’m high functioning autistic so I may be a little socially awkward at times , but that is absolutely no reason to treat other tables with the utmost respect and treat us like trash. I don’t like to complain and we usually get okay service there, but there is times where we’re judged for some reason. I’m super aware of my surroundings, when I see the server treating others with care and respect and treating me like I’m scum it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.. I don’t want anyone to get fired, I just want to be treated with respect. We’re not difficult guests, just want to be treated with the same respect as other guests. I tip very well often 50-100% when it’s warranted. I don’t tip just for the fact that you’re a server. I want to be treated with care and respect and I will award those efforts. We came in on Sunday night around 7:30 and sat in the far section all the way to the back towards the right. I hope this can be corrected so we can continue to come in.

Went here for lunch. Service was friendly, prompt and our server checked in with us after food was delivered. You get a basket of buttery croissants when seated-these were really tasty! I ordered the Chicken Tenders and they were very good. They give you a very generous portion for lunch- more than I could eat. The others that were dining with me, ordered the Chicken Pot Pie and a Chicken Pecan Salad. All of the meals were very good. Prices were reasonable. They also have a full bar and offer a cocktail menu. It was my first time eating at a Cheddars, and I enjoyed it. I would recommend it for a lunch spot if you are looking for no fuss “home style “ food and atmosphere.

Had lunch here with my mom today. Our server was training a new server and seemed knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. We had Painkillers, the spinach dip, and cheeseburgers. Everything was delicious and we will be back soon!

Cheddars does well. Leah was our server and she was fantastic. Kind, patient, and got our order correct. Something we all know can be a challenge when dining out.
Even as two elderly ladies behind us have her a hard time, she held her poise, kept her cool, and quelled the situation.
So why 2 stars for the food and atmosphere? Well, the food here is just okay. There’s nothing special about it, and it’s priced accordingly.
The atmosphere is hit or miss. Sometimes you get sat in a wide open space, and the massive fish tank is a nice touch. Tables like “Table 1”, however, are less awesome. A little hole of a table with a main lane on one side, and right in front of the kitchen. VERY BUSY! Not a very peaceful atmosphere to dine in.
I never see anyone eating on their back patio for some reason. The bar doesn’t get busy EVER. And new faces are seen here constantly, indicating high turnover and poor management.
The hostess and person that seats you are not awesome. They don’t smile, speak to you as they seat you, or even say anything to you after you sit down. They just walk away like “whatever.”
Someone with some dining knowledge and management skills should take over here. It has potential, but it’s obvious that management has no presence or skill in professional development.
