I worked for a cheddars in Knoxville for 3 years & ate lunch at this location today & everything about it was perfect you can tell it is ran correctly & to a standard . Service was perfect & food was cooked perfect . Our server was busy yet still gave perfect service also friendly & the food was somthing out of a picture. The best chedds experience I’ve ever had.

This was a perfect stop at the end of a long day. I was dining alone and chose to sit at the bar. The bartending team were amazing. They were able to carry a nice conversation while preparing drinks. I enjoyed and Cajun pasta and a sangria on the rocks. I left full and feeling relaxed. Thank you.

Cheddar’s has a nice variety of food on the menu and are still reasonably priced while everyone else seems to be getting more expensive. Our server was top notch coming by whenever we needed something, but not too much. Our drinks stayed filled. The croissants before the meal were delicious. They were still a bit doughy in the middle, which I like, but some people may not like that. They have a nicely decorated interior. We went for lunch a week before Christmas and got right in.

Have been going there for years n today I ordered a steak that had so much fat running through it. I couldn’t eat it. I’ve never sent a meal back until today. I was respectful and was treated with respect. I was impressed. The manager was extremely professional and handled well. I will come happily return. In fact I’ll be there for my birthday in 2 weeks with entire family. Great restaurant n great service.

I tried cheddars (again) for the first time and I was not disappointed, the food was absolutely amazing and fresh. I got the 6oz sirloin, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and my wife ordered the coconut shrimp with chicken tender. I’m back again, and the service was great.

My husband and I have been eating here for years. We’ve always been able to get a good quality, tender steak at a great value. Two weeks ago we went to Cheddar’s where I ordered a Ribeye. This was quite possibly the worst steak I have ever had anywhere. There was no seasoning and no char on the outside. It was light colored and cool to the touch. I ordered medium rare and received medium to medium well. It was as if it had sit at room temperature and heated slightly in microwave. The sides were good and the server was great. So, at this point, I don’t know if they had someone in the kitchen who just didn’t know what they were doing that evening or is this the new norm for steaks at Cheddar’s. We were so disappointed. Our meals and appetizer was over $50. At this point, I don’t know when we’ll be returning.
