1st time at this location. We were greeted immediately and sat in the bar area.
Shannon was our server, she was super friendly and very knowledgeable with the menu.
The food was amazing: I tried the Philly with only mushrooms & cheese. It was perfectly cooked with plenty of freshly, grilled mushrooms. The Cole slaw was really good, very fresh. We also had the fish and fry platter, it was well liked.

We visited Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen over the weekend and although the wait time was a bit longer (understandable for a busy weekend), it was absolutely worth it! The Blackened Salmon Salad was fresh and flavorful, and the Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa was cooked perfectly. My friend got the Lemon Pepper Chicken and couldn’t stop raving about it. The service was friendly, attentive, and every dish came out hot and delicious. Definitely worth the visit — we’ll be back soon!

I give honesty reviews good or bad. I was there for dinner Sunday evening, around 7ish. We asked to sit in the bar area and the only table available was the small two seater booth up against the wall near the kitchen opening. When we walked in, there were two standard sized booth tables that had dirty dishes, but no people. After seated in the small booth, we asked to be moved to one of the larger booths, once it was cleaned. The server of which, I did not catch his name, because he did not leave an impression on me. He asked us if we wanted to go ahead and order our entrees, while sitting at the small booth. I told him I wanted to wait until we were moved. He brought the croissants to the table after I asked him to wait. We didn’t see him again. The manager on duty came over and asked how he could help us, and I explained to him that we were waiting to be moved to the bigger booth. He said that he would work to get these booths cleaned off as soon as possible. When I expressed my concern for our server not to come back to our table. The manager did advise that the table we wanted to move to was being handled by a different server. That’s probably why the server that brought the croissants never came back because he knew he wasn’t going to get anything else from us. It took about 15 minutes for the tables to be cleared. Mind you, the place was not very busy, so I’m not sure why it took so long to clear off tables after the parties left.

Everytime my family and I come eat here the food is good but we always seem to get bad service. The lady we had tonight seems over whelmed and we ask for drinks and it took 20 mins to get them and when we got our food my wife ask for steak sauce and sour cream for her potato and it took another 10 mins to get. The food is good but some reason the service could be better.

The customer service was top notch! Our waitress was kind and excelled at paying attention to detail. Drinks were great. My food rating is 4 star ONLY because my steak came out too done. The waitress noticed, so she asked me to cut into it to make sure it was okay. They took it back, brought me out a new one with the sides, all voluntarily! I wasn’t disgruntled or requesting change, they offered it. Very cool! The manager even stopped by to apologize. Very cool! You rarely see that anymore in a restaurant. Cheddars earned my future business. I was a first timer with a gift card.

In the last week we have been to Cheddar’s twice and both times it was great. The servers and waitresses are extremely polite and very knowledgeable not only about the restaurant but also about the drinks. The food was extremely good and we would definitely come back again. They have so many different options to choose from it makes it difficult to pick. Hands down would return to.

We came here during lunch on a weekend. Service was great. Our waiter was awesome. He kept drinks filled and our table clear. Large portions. The Buffalo chicken wrap was way too much food for 1 person so me and my husband shared and still took half home. Everything was great. Strawberry lemonade was great.
