Best restaurant experience in a long time. I had not been to a restaurant where i felt so welcomed in a long time. The croissants were literally the best thing ever, probably not the healthiest, but they are so good. They might have a competition set with texas roadhouse rolls honestly, ifykyk. Our server, or servers, Melissa and Maynor were the absolute best. Melissa was our main server, and she was so sweet. The nicest and most attentive girl absolutely ever. She was such a delight to have serving us. I had went for my birthday and i surprisingly singed happy birthday by Maynor and Anthony, amazing people. They brought a genuine smile and joy to the day. It was a genuine blessing. I learned all their names because of how much they impacted my day. Will definitely go again. THE SALAD…amazing. the pecans were absolutely amazing, amazing. I even asked for extra, They are so good, and the chicken was amazing. Will definitely go again

If you have a party of 6+ they won’t let you make a reservation which is a bummer. You will wait an hour but thats understandable and then they will struggle to make a logical solution of tables together so your party will be split when there was a better solution available. You will waiy quite a while and only half the table will get their food at first. Drinks won’t be refilled and food will be missing. The next day the food will turn in your stomach and the salmon will be really tiny. The price wasn’t too bad though in this economy anyways. 76 bucks for 3 people. The honey butter croissants are peak.

The place is always packed when I passed by so I decided to stop and check it out with my wife. We both went for the steak tips and we both found it delicious. They also offer a free honey honey butter croissant that is very good, not too sweet but hits the point. We will be back for the great service and food

After a long flight, we immediately went straight to the nearest Cheddars since there’s only a handful in the U.S. but somehow Tampa has six restaurants. So we went for dinner and yes, it was exactly how we remembered it. Pure Heaven I say. Now I don’t have much expectations from American chains but Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is truly one of a kind.
Every dine in experience comes with honey glazed croissants which always come out phenomenal. We ordered Chips & Homemade Queso for appetizers. Not once in my life have I seen additional ground beef in a queso dip on the house. Afterwards, we got our main entrées: Bourbon Glazed Salmon & Shrimp, Lemon Pepper Chicken, Grilled Pork Chops, and New Orleans Pasta. Everything turned out great as we expected. The Bourbon Glaze had a sweet and savoury taste of salmon and shrimp along with smooth bourbon sauce on the side. The Grilled Pork Chops were cooked perfect as in no rawness but tender to remember. The Lemon Pepper Chicken was balanced in taste and size. And lastly, the New Orleans Pasta had a top notch Cajun sauce with a bit of spice flavour kicking in, blended with the chicken, shrimp, sausage, and pepper, onions, and penne. It even came with garlic bread We also ordered some signature margaritas on the rocks and frozen. Both turned out amazing.
The service was great and the atmosphere was well organized. The prices are reasonably affordable compared to others The place was quiet since it was still 4 p.m. that time. Overall, Cheddar’s still amazes us in many ways, even though this chain’s really underrated. Never has any of their restaurants disappointed us. We hope to stop by on our next trip to Tampa or the nearest one. I’m still flustered the nearest Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is 2 hours away. We need more up North.

First time here. Really enjoyed it! Lynsey was very helpful, answered all my questions with a smile. Complimentary croissant was nice and warm. Salmon with shrimp was delicious. And fried apple pie with ice cream is a must! Definitely coming back.

Went in starving looing for a quick bite. We had drinks within a minute of being seated and our huge appetizer was on the table within about 8 minutes after ordering. Food was great but the server was the best part of my day! Smiling, energetic, helpful and our glasses never got below half full. I tip well for good service and left $30 on the table for an $18 bill. Thank you for being the sunshine of my day, Mykailah!

From the moment we sat down, Anthony made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for; he’s not just a server, he’s an experience enhancer! He went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful evening.
The food, as always at Cheddar’s, was absolutely delicious. However, Anthony elevated it even further with his insightful and fantastic suggestions for customizing our dishes—they were truly perfect and showed he really knows the menu. What truly set him apart, though, was his exceptional personality and attentiveness. He was attentive, friendly, and truly made our time at Cheddar’s feel special. We felt so taken care of, and because of him, we’re already planning our next visit and will absolutely be requesting Anthony. Give this man a raise!

We just left dinner here tonight, the food was great the service was great the elderly people next to us were a whole other story. Aerial was our server, very sweet and attentive! When our food came out and we asked the food runner for butter for our baked potato, cocktail sauce for our shrimp and raspberry sauce for my money Cristo crickets she never came back or told our server. The table next to us was outright disrespectful and condescending to Aerial( which I find so offensive) she smiled her way through it. I did say something to the 4people next to us after the manager left their table, they clearly were just trying to get free food which the manager readily offered. Suddenly there was no problem. The customer is not always right and lie! And they lied! The manager was eager to solve the problem with the food not the service and he handled himself professionally. Knowing how cheap they were and how verbally abusive they were to her we left her a $50 tip to soften the blow from that table. When one table(customer) breaks you down like that it’s hard to brush that off, we will be back and we will ask for Aerial again!

Came in at night to enjoy dinner & drinks. MJ was our server and they were friendly with great service! Cheddars is always the go to for comfort food and their food never misses! Don’t forget to enjoy the complimentary croissants!
