I’ve been here several times and almost always have a wonderful experience. The service is great and the foot is delicious. Better yet, the prices are reasonable which is a big deal these days. And of course , the croissants are delicious! I also noticed on a recent visit that there seem to be new items rotating in and out of the menu. That’s a great idea! I would like to see the rewards program provide more for customers. Otherwise, I look forward to my next visit!

Huge shout-out to Karl, our waiter — charming, attentive and genuinely made the experience even better. I had the sirloin and it was absolutely delicious.

This was such an uncomfortable experience to say the least, from the moment we walked in the waiter gave me and my sister the nastiest look and acted like they didnt want to seat us. We were seated and ordered two pain killers the server literally came back three times-“ill bring your drinks in a second” (order food which took almost an hour to come out for my sisters!) we cancelled the the drinks and asked for the tab (which at this moment i still didnt have my food) she went to the back and got it and said oh my god i forgot all about your food like. The broccoli casserole looked and tasted disgusting! My tenders were fresh ! I felt so uncomfortable here definitely wasnt a good atmosphere. How you forget to bring me my drink and food?!

We were a party of 8 and arrived at 11 am. They made us a table quickly and we were seated and our drink order was taken. They brought us some yummy croissant with a lite drizzle of frosting, still Warm! We placed our order and our food came fresh n hot. Some ordered salads, which were huge, fresh and delicious. The fish n chips was really good! And the chicken pot pie was great, wish it had potatoes in it, but still good. The lemon chicken with rice and 2 sides was very good. Our waitress was very kind and helped us all with our payments, which we were all grateful for. The kiosks aren’t for everyone!!

Stopped at Cheddar’s with my family and the start of the visit looked promising. Parking was easy, the wait time was short, and we were seated with no issues. The atmosphere was nice and the food was okay — not amazing, not terrible, just okay.
The service, however, was its own adventure. Our server was friendly and had a good sense of humor, but we still found ourselves asking for things multiple times, getting ignored here and there, and waiting long stretches just to get basic items. It was giving “unavailable” energy even while standing right in front of us.
I usually order pickup from this location and decided to dine in for a change. The food was good enough, but the service definitely didn’t match the vibe of the restaurant. Still, my family and I would eat here again — it just depends on who’s working the section that day.

We visited to celebrate Mom’s birthday. We ordered, staters and they scantily came to the table. The sharabless portions were small enough for one person, we ate them quickly. We were a party of 5. We were served one order of tortillas, we asked repeatedly for another order of tortillas, napkins, ice for drinks and the croissants. Those who ordered ribs at our table, were told they were out. Then Louisiana pasta was orderd in place of the ribs. My family, included myself were told that they were out of the Louisiana pasta too. So we selected what was available.
At the end of the meal, the waiter was rude to my Mother, over two small containers. She just wanted to take home her salad. He refused to get a container verbally, by telling her that “all of her salad would fit, because he’d done it before”. She kindly asked him again, he later returned with the proper container. This was a day to celebrate her. We spent over $100 and we didn’t eat what we wanted.

Last night. Let me start off by saying that the unprofessionalism at this store was with every single person. No one has a professional bone in their body and the way that store is being handled is very unsupervised and not good at all. The manager Tyler Moore, would rather tell his waiters what to say vs actually doing anything himself. To waiting for the food to arrive 30 minutes later, to no knife with are utensils just being a fork, and to not having a kiosk at the table to check out ourselves properly. Was horrible but the worst was our waiter, who I never paid the bill so I unfortunately don’t have his name, but a picture will be shown above. Handled the cards poorly where mistakes were definitely made when paying out the bill. After going back-and-forth trying to fix it himself, I asked for a manager to which I did not get anyone until the waiter yelled at me and raised his voice to a woman. I mind you. Then proceeded to walk away, still yelling in the back of the kitchen. Then is where finally Tyler Moore decided to show up and making an even bigger mess by not professionally handling the issue. I was so upset I had to walk out of the building, after coming back into the building, I told him what was done was wrong and being yelled at by a male waiter was not acceptable towards a women. He gave a fake smile and tried to act like he would investigate it, but we all know nothing will be done so this is me writing down letting you know how he runs this business. I will be writing to corporate regarding this matter. If you happen to read this review, just know I will never step foot into that door ever again.

The burgers were delicious. They were thick and juicy with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. Its probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Staff was super friendly. They bring out 2 complementary warm croissants with honey butter drizzled on top too! We got the apple empanada to go and I forgot to get a photo. 🙁 It also was quite delicious
