It was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we came to celebrate one of our kids’ birthdays. We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great, but the service was truly outstanding. Our server, Beulha, was amazing — our food came out quickly, and she checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back soon.

January 23rd was our first time in a Cheddars and the manager, Chris came by and chatted with us. Beulah was our server. She was wonderful and provided great customer service. Food was really good. I can’t wait to visit the Valdosta location, again.

ALL of the food I ordered was HORRIBLE! Never again. The pot pie was burnt yet watery, the queso dip wasn’t queso at all (it tasted like cheap yellow cheese with burnt hamburger thrown on top), and the beans and rice were watered down and overcooked. This was my first meal of the day and extremely disappointing. Honestly, a pot pie from KFC would have been much better than this.

I haven’t been in a Cheddar’s in a long time. I’d quite forgotten what it was like.
I’m glad to say that I had a very positive experience coming back to Cheddar’s.
It was our first time at this particular restaurant.
The ambiance was nice. The music was not too loud.
The service was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and prompt.
The food was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. My only complaint is that half of the chips in our appetizer were just little broken pieces. Just like when you get to the bottom of a bag of chips and there’s nothing left but crumbs.

Look maybe it was just a bad night for them, or some of their staff called out. Our poor waitress was in the weeds and well over her head. While this was going the “manager” (Heath) was talking up the bartender, another waitress, and the guests at a table where he sat down and laughed it up with them. He never once helped our waitress expedite anything from the kitchen. The food we ordered was a burger (which was nice and juicy) a side platter with four sides and a soup. Our waitress brought out the meals but the soup didn’t make it out for another 20 minutes. The sides were tasty but only slightly warm. I was so disappointed as well because the menu was exciting.

We came here after my mother’s funeral to spend some time as a family. We were a pretty big party and we were sat down pretty quickly. The waitress was great, the food was hot and fresh. The drinks from the bar was on point. Great service this day!

OMG! I can not recall having faster service. Server was fun and the food was on the table before I knew it. (Maybe 3 minutes). The order was correct. The food hot and tasty. We actually had time to spare as were charging our EV.
