The food was tasty. I ate Tilapia with Shrimp and the wife had steak! We also had some croissants, be sure to get some because they are great!Don’t forget your jumbo drinks to wash everyone down. Just be warned that they line the rim of the Cheddars Painkiller with honey and it drips the whole time you are there, eventually covering the stem and getting your fingers sticky. The simple solution?? Just drink fast!

Really nice place… we are here early for lunch so there isn’t a crowd at this time … was seated immediately and the complimentary rolls are wonderful. The waitress is attentive and friendly food prices are inexpensive to moderate… I had the pecan grilled chicken salad and the mango iced tea was delicious … we re not from this area and if you aren’t aware the entrance and exit access is a little tricky… seems there is only one off the main road and you can miss it real easy but as a whole good atmosphere, good experience!!

My visit here was rather pleasant, a little loud, but that’s expected in a busy night. The atmosphere was very inviting. It reminded me of a mix of olive garden with brick walls and architecture and a bit of Bahama breeze for their choice in ceiling fans.

Went late one night at 9:30 pm and they close at 10 pm and they were great at still servicing me and my guest. Everything was awesome except the croissants that came to us were stone cold and the honey butter glaze tasted not so good. It didn’t even melt. But our food and drinks were very good. I thought I took a picture of the food which was great but I only had the drink. Pineapple Mule. Yummy and refreshing.

They don’t take reservations. We went there for lunch on Dec 25th, waited for about 40 mins for our table and 20 mins for our food. They seemed to be short staffed. But the food are really good. I would say it’s the best steak I have ever had in Athens. I would recommend it on weekdays to avoid waiting.

Party of 3 and we all had to change our order in Athens this week. Out of ribs, out of country fried steak and out of New Orleans pasta dish so I selected Alfredo w Shrimp and the shrimp came w tails. I was horrified, like what in the creations. They may need to close.

Great food. Consistent! Excellent, fast, friendly service from John whom I believe is normally the bar tender but also served this day as out waiter and he gave us better service than we’ve had…probably ever in the state of Georgia! Fast, friendly, great tasting. A place you can trustfully spend your money and not feel ripped off but actually satisfied! Also great portion sizes. I believe it was about $45 WITH tax and tip and meal for two!

Normally the food is outstanding! However this day not so great. I got the chicken Alfredo & it had no flavor at all. My sister had fried chicken with gravy which was sweet! Then her green beans were sweet as well. It was very disappointing! My sister being a diabetic ended up getting really sick heading home. We informed the waitress & she just said she would let the kitchen know about the taste of food.
