Everything was spot on! Exceptional onion rings. Tasty, crispy fish and shrimp. The fries were good. The carrots were some of the best I’ve had. Service was great. Our waitress Kyla was always checking in on us and ensuring we were taken care of. Just an overall pleasurable dining experience.

I went here for Lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. Our waiter was Carlos. Nice young man. Out food was hot and fresh. I ordered the Country Fried Steak ( good size) with red beans/rice and fries.

we usually LOVE to come here, and drive an hour to enjoy date nights at cheddars. unfortunately tonight our experience has made us not want to ever come back.
the hostess told us it would be a 15 min wait, and asked for our phone number. we never received a text for our table, and had to come in to get seated.
once we were sat, our server took over 20 minutes to arrive at our table. we had already decided on our drinks, appetizer, and meals before she got here.
by the time she got to our table we ordered our appetizer through the kiosk, but made sure to tell her so she would be aware! the first thing she said to us was “how can i help you” in kind of a rude tone. after we ordered our drinks, we waited at least ten minutes for them.
we called her over another 15 minutes later to order our meals.
at this point, we still have not received our appetizer.
when we ordered our meals, she repeated an incorrect order back to us. after that she said “have a good night” as if she wasnt coming back to the table?
we had to call her over AGAIN, to ask about our appetizer we ordered 45 minutes prior.
we are still sitting here with empty drink cups, and no meals.
our meals have finally arrived. my husband missing his salad that he had requested to receive before his entree, and my steak completely undercooked. i sent it back, and received a burnt steak in return. we have just decided to leave. unfortunately, having to pay for this terrible experience. but as a past server myself, i cannot being myself to tip this girl.

Regarding the food taste, there are not many complaints—the food was good. However, the service was very disappointing. This was the longest waiting time I have experienced at a restaurant.Amost 45 Mnts.

This place was packed on Saturday night so we figured it was good, so we came out on a Wednesday to see what the hype was about. My husband and I both ordered ribs and his came out significantly larger than mine. The rice and beans was bean soup, very soggy and mushy. My husband ordered shrimp and ribs and got only 4 shrimp and they all tasted mediocre. I ordered steak with my ribs and the steak I ordered medium but it came out looking super red and rare. We payed 70 bucks and we didn’t enjoy our meal at all, not for the hype this place was getting. On top of that both male and female restrooms smelled abysmal. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The only highlight was that atleast the manager was nice enough to replace my ribs.

Had a wonderful time here! Great food and cocktails! Prices and portions were amazing! Can’t wait to go back! Never get takeout from here. We had a wonderful time yesterday but we ordered a few apps to pick up and it was horrible! I understand the onion rings won’t be in a stack for take out but they were thin breading falling off and were lucky we got 10! They ran out of fries so no queso fries and no croissants! We ordered something in place of the fries and they never adjusted the price difference horrible experience!

My friends and I go out to eat quite often. We like to try different places. We have sampled several restaurants over the last couple of years, in Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Hope Mills, Sanford, Raleigh, Durham. To be honest, we’ll probably never return to any of them. Not that any were bad, necessarily. But none have been exceptional. That is until tonight. Tonight, we dined at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen on McPherson Church Rd in Fayetteville. It was our first time, but it won’t be the last. I can honestly say that the food was hands down the best restaurant food I have tasted in years. The service was exceptional. The prices were fair. It’s not often that I feel an impulse to leave a review, but I felt I had to this time. Cheddar’s is that good in my opinion.

As you can see the spinach dip was very good lol. I order the trio appetizer that had spinach dip three tenders and cheese dip with beef inside. I also had a chicken tender combo with Cole slaw and loaded fries. We also got the country fried chicken with corn and mash potatoes with bacon and cheese. The total bill was 46.70. The service was great and the food is always good. I would definitely recommend.
