We moved to the area recently and saw there was a Cheddar’s nearby. We have been to a Cheddar’s before and loved it. It was not too busy, it seemed. We came in for a sort of late dinner, we arrived close to 7:30. We were seated immediately and Owen was our server. I ordered the grilled pork chops with corn and a loaded baked potato. The honey butter croissants were amazing as usual. The grilled pork chops were delicious. They were very tender and not dry, which can be tough to achieve with pork chops. The sauce was good and the grilled onions tasted great. The corn was good, and the loaded baked potato was amazing. The atmosphere and environment here is very comfortable. The prices are decent and the service was great as well!

We’ve been to this location, and enjoy Cheddar’s food, but the service isn’t the fastest or greatest here, so this evening we used the app to do a curbside pick up. We got home and we were missing condiments that requested when we placed the order on the app, called the restaurant and reminded them to add, AND told the curbside staff that came out to tell us the food was going to be out a little later than the text said. I didn’t think I’d need to check the bag before coming home since I literally asked 3 different ways for ranch dressing, but I guess I was wrong. The wraps we got were stale and had about 1/2 the chicken they usually have in them. I thought it was absurd that they requested a tip for curbside pick up when I paid but I left one anyway…. never again.

Super great service and food. I took a picture of my leftovers because I forgot to take a picture of the actual meal. Had the Monte Cristo and it was so delicious. Definitely would go to eat at again.

Went to Cheddar’s today for the first time. We received a table we did not like, and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating and moved us. We ordered the Cajun chicken bowl, appetizer trio, and vegetable plate. We specified that we cannot consume any pork or beef due to alpha gal syndrome. We requested that all food be made without pork or beef. The entrees arrived before the appetizers and before the soup. The Cajun chicken bowl had large chunks of pork sausage which was not indicated on the menu. The baked potato soup also had bits of bacon even though we requested no bacon. The Cajun chicken bowl was replaced with the fish and chips which took over 25 minutes to get to our table. After all of this, the manager personally came to our table and offered to comp our entire meal due to the mishaps. He apologized to us and took responsibility for the mistakes. I was impressed by this and ultimately we had a good meal.

UPDATE: Had lunch here today, wait time was quoted 20, but we were seated in 10, they were very busy, but short on help unfortunately, however our server Alex was wonderful! Very pleasant and accommodating, restaurant was clean, food was served hot and delicious and in a timely manner considering the amount of guests to servers. We will be returning again. And please people, when you dine out, be mindful of the places that are short staffed, try to be patient as they are doing their best to accommodate you with their best efforts!
Fantastic food and fantastic service!! They have an extensive menu for everyone! I enjoyed the homemade original Cheeseburger with a side of loaded baked potato soup, served fresh and piping hot. There’s a slight wait, but well worth it, as everything is cooked to order. We will definitely be returning…and soon!!

Me, my wife and our two girls had a great experience tonight. Our hostess was polite and friendly plus she got us buttered croissant within the minute of seating us. Our server Lauren came shortly after and took our drink orders and came right back with them. We still needed time to order so she offered an appetizer. When we were ready and called through the tablet she took our orders right away. The food was delicious and presented it beautifully to us. She remembered that our child wanted a “girl’s” meal and switched her drink that she didn’t like. This place is a memory to the start of our family and they honored that tonight

First, I want to say that the store was extremely unclean. This included not only the main dining area, but also the bathroom, the floors, and even the fish tank, which appeared to be neglected and in need of proper cleaning and maintenance. The overall environment did not feel sanitary or welcoming.
In addition, the staff behavior was unprofessional. Employees were loudly yelling across the dining area to communicate with one another, which was disruptive and inappropriate for a customer-facing environment I am sharing this feedback because cleanliness and professionalism are basic expectations. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the experience for future customers.
