They overcharged for items donuts per menu states $1.50 charged me $2.00 also eta on menu board states $1.50 I was charged $3.00 plus clerk stated she didn’t know how to refund my card. She claimed she was texting the owner. Had to call my bank and fill out a dispute statement. It’s the principal not the money look at this if the clerk overcharged me I would assume she overcharging every consume. She stated that the prices are set on her screen and not the menu board. Clerk seemed a bit shady.

EDIT: On my second stop, one of the employees had a young child at the register as another employee was trying to make my beverage. Maybe don’t have a kid in the way while someone is trying to do their job.

My latte was made perfectly and the individual manning the cafe was very hospitable. I’d definitely consider coming back during my next appointment. My only “qualm” was the paper signage was a little jank with items marked out—could use a quick refresh.

It is never open. It’s 9:06am currently and no one is there. The lack of consistency is annoying. There is no signage explaining why. They have a captive audience: so many staff/patients from the nearby clinics would purchase, goods since it is more convenient than going into the hospital proper. Such a waste of an opportunity.

I stopped by CheckUp cafe to get my caffeine for the day and oh my it was amazing! They have a new special Dubai mocha and I’m in love! They also always have the best donuts for my morning sweet craving, if you’re in the area I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Checkup Cafe!!
