It’s been probably 20 years since I’ve visited a Checker’s – I think I’ll start coming more often. Food was good and worth the money, in my opinion. The drive-thru was quick and the lady at the window had a pleasant demeanor. I’ve had much worse fast food experiences. For two people, I spent just over $20.

Pulled in for a quick lunch with the mini-me. She got the Chicken Bite Box combo and I got the Bayou Tender Stack combo. Hers was gone before we made it out of Beaumont and I really liked my chicken as well. Comes with BBQ sauce, cheese sauce, fried onion pieces, jalapenos, seasoned fries and chicken tenders. Everything worked really well and made for a good tasting meal. One of our favorite quick stops!

The food was really good considering its fast food. I got the $4 meal deal that had a double cheeseburger fries a small drink and an apple pie burger was awesome apple pie had way too much cinnamon almost choked on the amount of cinnamon but the rest was delicious

Went through drive through and the lady came on mic and ask if I would hold. I held for almost 5 minutes then drove to window, got my food within 3 mins. Got home and of course I was missing my fish sandwiches. Drove BACK to Lucas location and then they gave me my 2 fish sandwiches and a fresh order of medium fries. I did fat food before and they need to close down and make sure that customers orders is correct. If the customer is already aggravated messing up their order is just going to add fuel to the fire.
