As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Corporate executives need to be drug testing these people that work there! I went there today ordered 1/2lb chicken bites w/ barbecue sauce and a #1 with a strawberry Fanta. Why these drugged out people gave me brown water! It wasn’t coke a cola and it surely wasn’t what I ordered and No barbecue sauce. All the staff looked baked! That’s why my order was wrong and the wait was forever. Please start drug testing these workers if they are going to continue cooking food for customers. Give them a test watch how many fail.

Some of the best burgers Ive had if you get the full size items. Stay away from anything economy or value oriented as it’s utter garbage. Made mistake of getting chicken bites w fries basket. Room temp fries and these “bites” things are garbage. Mostly breading and if you bite into one and look at the interior you are going to find anything resembling chicken but more like something that was liquid, filled with glass bubbles (looks like bread bubbles) to fill the breading with air and voids.
Chicken bites are 40% air and 60% some type of soup that was deep fried many hours earlier.

Never visited a Checkers before, never will again. Not one employee could smile or appear less interested. Worst burger and fries ever. The food was a greasy mess that tasted worse than it looked. We ended up trashing the food, and driving a mile down the road to a different resturant.

My daughter went to this checkers on 11th Street to get food since I’m in the hospital with surgery and they sat at the window forever nobody acknowledged them The food was cold and old and greasy and they forgot her cheesecake bites All in all not a great experience at this checkers.

Had a roach in my malt, i throw this up after finding a leg i pulled out my mouth. I had chest pain and a panic attack throughout the day because of this, stressed me completely out. I’m scared of these so to have one in my food, my drink ! I had to call out of work just to get my mind together. This is scary to have a roach in foods that our kids could have drank
