As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The worst place to eat In All of TX!!!!!!!!EVERYTIME we go here there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM!!!!!!First the soda is nasty has no FLAVOR OR CARBONATION, We ordered 2 cheeseburgers they came with no cheese and no tomato. The fries were completely COLD AF!!! EVERYTHING WAS NASTY!!!!! We ve come here before and the food was good that was about 3 years ago after that it was always a problem. Do not eat here. Horrible customer servicez when I first walked in. I had to wait for the staff to stop talking to their friend at the counter. Then when I walked up after the friend moved out of the way, they acted like it was a inconvenience to take my order, the soda machine in the dining room, had no ice no root-beer and everything else had no carbonation. They were out of napkins and ketchup, in the dining room again. Again, I had to wait for them to stop talking to their friend and get off their cell phones for me to ask for napkins and ketchup. You can see by the picture I took how much the staff cares about the customer service and the restaurant in general.

Sent me a coupon for a free burger and refused to honor it because their “thing that reads the QR code” is broken. Took 15 minutes to fill my alternate order, then handed me the bag….no thank you, no have a good night…nothing. burgers were soggy and tasteless. Fish sandwich had no tarter sauce. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I usually give a business the benefit of the doubt because anyone can have a bad day but today is the 3rd time this location messes up my order and makes me Waite over 20 minutes for burgers and fries that are not even hot by the time I get them. This is fast food and I should be getting hot fast food. For all that I could of went to red Robbin and got served. My chicken bites were thrown in the bag with 4 orders so they spilled all over the bottom of the bag.

Horrible service. I placed my order and came to window they open the door and held out my hand, so I put my card in the hand. 7 minutes later, another person hands my food and card to me and closes the window. Neither of the 2 said a thing to me, so I tapped on the window and asked for my receipt. took 30 minutes to get a receipt after they told me i could not have one. I went home, lettuce was brown bun stale and meat extremely cold, so I threw it away and went somewhere else.

Whoa! I never went through fast food and felt like I was doing some kind of drug deal. The automated voice recording taking my order was deaf. The staff acted like they hated their job. My burger, I don’t even want to show what it looks like. Imagine the worst Mcdonald burger with two shrubnled up bacon in the center of the bun, but the size of a quarter. The sauce was the only flavor. Gosh, I am super dissappointed. I usually give any restaurant a decent review, but Checkers is on next level bad.

Have not been to a checker in years . Quite honestly won’t return anytime soon. As I was walking in . The location had a bad Oder . Lobby was dirty, no napkins, ketchup ect.. all 3 employees had random sleeping clothing on. Well at least that’s how I sleep.

Haven’t had checkers in about 20 years. Was so excited when we saw it had to stop. My wife and kids had never seen it heard of checkers. It was as good as I remembered and the whole family devoured their food.

I try come checkers in katy. Everytime I go there they told me ice cream machine not working, they ran out sundaes or they don’t have ice cream. Too much excuses. They are very lazy. Company need hire professional people who can do there job and services. I will never come back to this location. They were good last year or 6 months ago now they have new employees doesn’t care about costmer services. That’s why Company closing down because no management and costmer services sucks.its been over months they didn’t do nothing about it.
