As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

First time here, food was great, atmosphere was great. Service was really bad! The lady at the register was more interested on her personal call she had going on where we felt rushed so she could get back to her call. At the end she did not take my order right, i told her i was missing my fries and drink she said what i ordered did not come with it! I told her i had told her what i wanted for her to add it, but once again she was rushing us. First time here, so probably not coming back!

Food was cold. The lady at the counter kept asking me to confirm my Doordash order even though it was my food. Got home all my food was already very cold. Everything tasted off. Wife found hair in the chili cheese fries and all the food was cold and bland. The lettuce was brown. I shouldn’t have even ate the food but I did anyway. Now I’m sitting on the couch in pain after immediately puking up all the food and my family is sick too. Wish I could have just asked for a refund. Never ever coming back here again. I recommend anyone not coming here. Paid over 30 dollars to get sick on new years eve. If I could give 0 stars I would. Soggy burgers, cold fries no flavor and hairy food. Ths located needs to be shut down.

Not as expected, in quality. French fries were cold and old. Service was nonfriendly and I paid 37 dollars for food that was basically not made fresh to order. Food was finally given after 35 minutes. Not the checkers I remember. Will not likely go again anytime soon.

Hispanic lady who claimed her name was Maria and said she was the manager was rude and refused to give corporate information. She didn’t want to answer my inquiries regarding a combo. Then told me she was busy when I tried to order. I went inside she was back there fixing food and scratching her ear and head with the same gloves.Never will go back to this location ever.

My son and his friend went for lunch. They had a coupon a piece and before they could order the lady at the register named hispanic lady named Mary she saw they had coupons and got very rude and told them they couldn’t use them because they came in the same car. They were co-workers, and she kept telling both of them they were family. And they both couldn’t use separate coupons. I called corporate and they said, I could use the coupons.I personally went back up there to try to use a coupon. She told me.I couldn’t use the coupon.When I told her corporate said I could use it.She was very rude and unprofessional. Told me to go another checkers. I have the video. Of her being rude and telling me a lot more than that.
