This location needs to be closed until a more professional and competent staff can be put in place at night. Especially the so called male manager. Zero customer service, common sense or problem solving skills to be working with people.

The customer service here is the worst, the manager worse than the employees. First they didn’t give me a receipt after I paid with cash. When I questioned my total that is when a receipt was printed. I was told to pull around with no cars in line. And received food dropped down in the bag, four cheese bites. This shift was so rude me or my family won’t be back to this store again.

1st time Going here I had a Text Deal on my phone to get any sandwich for $1 I wanted the Double Decker Fish Sandwich and the Reg Worker Girl told me I can’t get that After I showed her I can she kept saying I can only get a Buford or Mother Cruncher So I ask to speak the manager cool Darien he told her to scan the receipt cuz he was telling her i can get that fish sandwich but she argued him Dwn even wanted to bet him $20 he was Wrong So he said ok scan that receipt and when she did it said I can get the double decker for $1 she Lost the Bet Now pay that man his $20 Give Darien a Raise He The Man Because without him she was Not gonna give me my Fish Sandwich I wanted so bad because that’s my Favorite sandwich i love at checkers hook for life They Or Bigg Juicy and Delicious Thanks Again Darien U the Man
