As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Whether you want a fancy burger or just a plain old hamburger ( like back in the 50’s!/ 60’s) this is the go to place. The seasoned fries can’t be beat. Probably one of the best things about Checkers was the employee attitude, friendly, jovial and polite. Love this place.

The staff that worked tonight, 2/03/22 failed miserably. After I repeated my order twice at the speaker they claimed to forget to charge me for one item then had to ask me repeatedly about the rest of my order which they still failed to get right! No extra bacon on my blts the fries tasted like they were freezer burn and the forgot my sauce after asking what sauce I wanted! Sad

Fast service at the drive thru on a fri evening. I would definitely recommend to eat the burger & the crispy fries right away. No point in taking it home to enjoy as you lose the crunchiness from the fries and the burger gets soggy as well. For a good experience have it right away. For a fast food they really nail down the burger & fries and it’s consistent each time you visit the location.

I would NOT recommend this establishment, I found it very difficult to stick to my diet. So much good food to choose from, I had to eat a little of everything. Now I am fatter than I was this morning, so if you do not wish to be subdued by the enticing aroma then I suggest you avoid this place. 10/10 would not recommend, it’s far too good to exercise self-restraint.

My first experience with this checkers location was this evening. I have heard nothing but stellar reviews about the food and service, unfortunately I experienced neither. The woman wouldn’t respond for several minutes between orders. Total my family sat in wait for roughly six minutes having only placed two meal orders when I had intentions of ordering five for my family. We gave up and went to Wendy’s instead. We were able to drive to Wendy’s wait in line, order our food and receive it in the time it would have taken to let them know of the fourth meal item we would have needed. This is sad because we were the ONLY customer at checkers when this excuse for customer service took place. Have no intentions of returning this is pathetic

The customer service representative at the window was extremely sweet. I received my food in record time. Everything I ordered was hot fresh and made perfectly to order! I truly appreciate awesome service! I highly recommend this restaurant

Don’t waste your money. It is absolutely impossible for them to get an order correct. Three consecutive orders they have left food off and given wrong items. If you dare to eat eat checkers do NOT get it delivered. I will never spend another dime there.
